The online process was incredibly easy and modern--upload your ticket, sign up in minutes, and everything is handled through their portal with clear updates via email and text. No endless phone tag or confusing paperwork! Attorney Meleaha Kimrey was phenomenal. She took the time to explain every step, negotiated aggressively on my behalf, and achieved an excellent outcome with no points on my license and minimal impact on insurance. Her experience in local courts really showed--she knew exactly how to navigate the system efficiently. I never had to appear in court, which saved me so much time and stress. iticket.law truly lives up to their "21st century law firm" promise: fast, professional, affordable, and results-driven. If you're dealing with a traffic citation in North Carolina, especially around Fayetteville, do yourself a favor and hire them. Massie Law

Mr. Massie agreed to take on my case several months ago. During this time, I only met with him once…read morewhich was the initial consult & down payment. I was never informed on the next move for my case, I would voice my opinion & concerns & was ignored. He rarely ever reached out to me when he was fully aware of the stress this case was causing me & my family. Instead of doing what I hired him for, he instead wanted me to ignore my case in hopes it would just go away. When I insisted he actually do what I hired him for, he then used payment as an excuse to no longer represent me. I was 1 day late! He never gave me any sort of notification that he was no longer representing me nor did he even reach out to me per the NC bar rule 1.16 to give me opportunity to make the payment. I did contact his office to make the payment & couldn't get anyone so reached out to Mr. Massie & he never responded. When he found out that my family was in a dangerous position, he text me to say he no longer represents me due to payment that would have been a day late had he responded to me so that I could pay it. He actually took on a case that's out of his specialty & shame on me for hiring him, that was a huge mistake & shame on him for saying he could take on my case with all confidence & he soon realized, after taking my money, that he has no clue what he was doing in this specific area of the law. Mr. Massie was unable to fight for me & my family & instead of being honest, he continued to take a monthly payment & wasn't representing my case whatsoever. I would reach out to him once a week or once every couple of weeks & was put off every single time. He knew exactly what I expected when I chose to hire him as my attorney & instead failed completely at representing my case. He has now put my family in harms way without giving me adequate notice that he isn't able to continue to represent me & he failed to reach out to me about the payment that he claims I had ample time to make, however, it would have only been 1 day late. He violated the NC bar rules on professional conduct & has chosen not to make it right by not working with me on that one payment. I stayed in the dark the entire time he represented me and he lacked any communication. His website states he's client focused, I would have to disagree. He's money focused & will take your money while leaving you to fight your own case & once you tell him how he's not doing what you hired him for, he then tells you he isn't able to represent you any longer due to payment. I wish I could say I recommend Mr. Massie for future representation to friends & family but I'm unable to do so. Mr. Massie needs to go back & review the NC bar rules prior to just texting a client he no longer represents them for a day late payment. He also text me this right AFTER I told him my family was in a dangerous position due to an event that was occurring at that exact time. He was fully aware he put my family in harms way & still chose to no longer represent me for no other reason than for a day late payment. He had the opportunity to make it right, instead violated many professional conduct rules per the NC bar which will ultimately result in a grievance. Even when he was aware, he had no concern for our family & no respect for the NC bar professional conduct rules/lawyer discipline. I suppose he can take on minor cases but some are completely out of his realm & he should be ashamed of himself for taking on a case convincing me that he knew how to fight these cases but lied solely for the financial benefit. I believe he may have sent a handful of emails to the party that was threatening my children, that was the end of what he was willing to do which when I hired him, I was clear I wanted him to "fight" for my case since it involved my family and keeping them safe. Appears he was desperate for a case only for money & not to actually do what he was hired for. I'm positive the NC Bar isn't going to take this lightly. He KNOWINGLY put children in danger & disregarded the NC Bar rules.
