No one answers the phone, and if they do they have an attitude and tell stories and have excuses as to why I haven't got the money back yet. First they said it was 10 business days and it would be mailed with tracking but it's been well over that. I've been told 3 or 4 different scenarios, and have been given a number that no one answers and I have still not received my $10,000 I gave them for collateral.
