I then texted her the day before just to confirm we were still set for the next day and didn't not receive a response. She did not reach out at all the day of. Finally I texted her again the day of and still didn't get a response. The following day she texted me and said she could do it the next day. She did show up and was there for about 2 hours. She did communicate some issues she was having with her vacuum and I let her know that she could just skip the carpets. (We have dogs and there was a good amount of dog hair so I told her we would go back to vacuum and carpet clean ourselves) When we went over after she left we were very disappointed with what we found. The fridge was dirty. So was the oven. The bathroom floors were still dirty. She mopped but didn't sweep first so it was just wet dust and hair on the floor. She didn't get behind the toilets at all. Every window sill that I checked was still dusty. This was a huge letdown and caused me a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety in an already stressful time while moving during the holidays and dealing with a family death and everything all at the same time. We had an entire flock of pigeons on our roof, no lie, an entire flock. There were so many pigeons…read morethat at first, I thought we had rats because of all the running around we heard on the roof. Eventually, we started seeing eggs rolling out of our rain gutter every now and then where they set up their nest. We figured they couldn't get in the attic, so we didn't pay them much attention. We try not to kill or disturb animals if they are not causing harm or property damage. Then came the smell! We thought a bird died up there. Time to call the professionals. It was much harder to get someone to come out, let alone on the same day. I am SO glad I called Bloodhound Wildlife Management. Sam and the crew were awesome! They came out right away. They were professional, efficient, and honorable. Three things that are rare nowadays. I talked to them while they set up then went back inside. By the time I finished my first adult beverage, they were packed up, cleaned up, and all the birds were gone! You would have never known the birds, or Sam and his crew, were even there but for the broken eggs. They showed me pictures of the work they performed so that I knew everything was done. They set up bird spike so the birds wouldn't comeback. While they were very confident the birds were gone forever, they told me to call them back if the birds do and they will come out again. You cannot go wrong Bloodhound Wildlife Management. Very impressed and happy!
