All calls and communication with you goes unanswered. They recently came out with a way to text the office and they even fail to respond. DON'T get insurance with this company. I do understand that each agency is managed by the individual agency but they are only able to do what the company allows. So both the local agency and the corporate office will fail you. My insurance went from $196 per month to $462 per month and I wanted to understand why but NO ONE WILL CALL ME SO I WILL CANCEL and I know I have options when it comes to insurance and spending my money!
