Terrible customer service…read more First, they issued a policy that their underwriting cancelled later even though the facts were shared up front. Secondly, their agents don't respond to emails. Period. Don't. They will apologize if (and that is a big if) you catch them on phone, but then again won't respond. Lastly, they did not issue my refund or provide any communication on it, even after cancelling my policy. I have had to make 10+ calls, 10+ emails for a matter that should have been easy to address. Very dissappointed.
