Being in the craft beer and catering industry my insurance is complicated to say the least. I recently discovered an issue with my coverage. Having no idea of what happened and what I should do I went in and talked with my account representative. Donna not only found the issue (which I admit was completely my fault) but solved my problem and provided feedback, training and follow up.
