As a business owner, I buy and pay for my own health insurance. We have used Linda Mosher for YEARS and loved her services; every year, for example, she proactively calls us to let us know improvements that she has found in the policy or a better provider. This year, with the change in accounts, there was a dropped ball - the draft covering the monthly premium didn't happen. Out of the blue, we got a cancellation notice. Oh no! For the next two month, without health insurance, we went back and forth with these guys trying to give them info they needed, being nice, filling out TPS reports, etc. Last Saturday, after getting stonewalled robotic reps on the phone when we'd call to check, we got a notice in the mail. No go - WTF????? We called Linda and she was blown away and got right on it. Today, we got official notice that we are back on AND reinstated retrospectively!!! Use this woman - she is EXCELLENT!!!!

No, this is the time when you need help, and fast. Enter Tracy Stowell and Rob Barbine from the Rhoads Group, a dynamic duo affectionately known as "Team Trabert". Collectively they have over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, and boy does it show! But the most impressive thing about them is not just their shared head knowledge. By being the big sister, I'm probably harder on her than I would be on anyone else because I expect more from her than I do the average person. However I can honestly say that when it comes to her role as an agent, I literally could not be more proud. She is the epitome of who you want on the other end of the phone when you are in a crisis. Recently I was visiting her from my home in Portland, OR, and she received a phone call from a client on a Sunday. This is technically her day off, but she took the call anyways because she knew the client had an open claim for water damage in her home, and she wanted to make sure she was okay. The client was extremely upset about a particular situation, yet Tracy remained calm and helped to talk her through it and come up with possible solutions to remedy the issue. Why? Because she cares. Now this was not an unusual event for Tracy. No, I've seen her do it a million times. She regularly takes client calls on evenings, weekends, holidays, you name it. Bottom line is, when you need her, she is reachable. And because of her many years of experience, it's likely that she'll know the answer to your question on the first call. But even if she doesn't, she will not rest until she finds an answer, and then she will always follow back up with you. And what I mentioned before about insurance being boring? No, not with Tracy and Rob. They are both outgoing, engaging and fun to talk to on the phone, and even if the subject matter isn't always extremely captivating by itself, you'll still hang up feeling like you just had a great conversation with a good friend. So I guess my main point is, if you are looking for an insurance agent who's, knowledgeable, experienced, genuinely cares, and most of all, will always be there when you need them the most, give Tracy Stowell and Rob Barbine a call today. Period. Don't. They will apologize if (and that is a big if) you catch them on phone, but then again won't respond. Lastly, they did not issue my refund or provide any communication on it, even after cancelling my policy. I have had to make 10+ calls, 10+ emails for a matter that should have been easy to address. Very dissappointed.

The adjuster in charge was not interested in anything I had to say. I am certain hail caused damage to my roof, because my car was damaged at the same time. I have always felt that it is important to have insurance to help in times of need. The obvious damage to the roof indicates that a roof is needed.
