Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with two back-to-back water damage claims, one that I had to file under my homeowners insurance policy and another against the subcontractors policy. Fortunately, both policies were with State Farm and I had Zac on my side. Not only did Zac provide clear guidance and followed up through the process but also he interceded in our behalf when the subcontractor was trying to elude responsibility. Do yourself a favor and call Zac for your insurance needs. He and his team will provide you with great prices, service and guidance whenever needed.

Period. Don't. They will apologize if (and that is a big if) you catch them on phone, but then again won't respond. Lastly, they did not issue my refund or provide any communication on it, even after cancelling my policy. I have had to make 10+ calls, 10+ emails for a matter that should have been easy to address. Very dissappointed.
