I had rates within a minute, and signed up within 5. They were HUNDREDS cheaper than my previous agency as well as a second I quoted with. That money saved means a lot to me right now. Add that on top of just having the quickest, most attentive customer service- you just don't experience that often anymore! I'm sending all my friends and family to this office for quotes ASAP! Highly recommend!!

Today (01/04/24) after working with me diligently, I purchased all three lines of insurance. It's been many years since I received such courteous and helpful service from ANY insurance agent. Moreover, the entire team has been well-informed, very helpful and always very courteous. My wife and I are grateful for Alexa's assistance and hope to work with her and this agency for many years. I don't even know where to begin. I called Trummie Patrick's office from the online number after my…read morefriend referred me. My friend has been a customer of Trummie Patrick II and now III for years. I was comparing rates after my Allstate policies had risen to ridiculous levels. I was an Allstate client for nine years. Courtney Simpson answered the phone. From the beginning, "Court" was *on it*. I was so impressed with her product knowledge, customer service and manner on the phone. I wound up with a policy being written that will wind up saving me almost *half* of what I was paying at Allstate this year, with more features and benefits. PLUS+++ you get a live person on the phone that *cares*. The roadside assistance program is so much better than Allstate's, "we will reimburse you afterwards up to $100.00". The development where I live now in Atlanta that experienced the "pipes bursting" after the record low temps. I had flooding in my apartment but no personal property loss. I sent an email to Court to discuss my renter's policy coverage. Court called me back, same day - with great advice, and I will be raising my renter's coverage after getting quotes from her. She answered my question, "why is this happening in the south" and made me feel "safe". Because isn't that why you buy insurance in the first place? At our development management office today I overheard a woman complaining about Assurant renter's insurance and that she still hadn't heard back from anyone. I wanted to refer Trummie Patrick's office! I am a new client for life now. Looking forward to watching Court rise in her career. PS: Did I mention that the staff came in on their day off to make sure they were available for client calls? Five Star Service to this team!

My entire life I used the most prominent name in insurance for all my/our needs---auto, home, etc…read more As their premiums rose, I became concerned. Every time I saw their inundation of tv ads...Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, naming rights for our local arena, etc...it led me to research what they spend annually...more than $1 billion. Why? I became unhappy I was subsidizing this seeming overspend. Looked locally when another increase came my way. There they were/are...local...customer-focused and at a reduced rate with some additional coverage for home, car rental, etc. Was somewhat familiar with our eventual choice...Auto Owners and now a year later have found Harrington to be a very smart choice at every metric. Comforted by knowing what to expect from them, the service they provide. Not many may sing the praises of their insurance quest...but I certainly will.

They dont like immigrants/accent…read more.. I called them up for a homeowners quote on 4/11/2019. The lady who initially took the call was very POLITE. I was told that a male agent (can't recall his name anymore) will call me back soon. In few minutes sure enough an older guy called me back. After a few sentence it was obvious to me that he is an old seasoned pro, doing this job forever. VERY EXPERIENCED!!!. He took the needed information. He did not say anything unprofessional but it was CLEAR that there is some subtle dislike towards me. I did not object on it., I did let it go.... He asked me if I own my house?...I told him I did...."Are you sure?".....I said I know that I own it....."Is it paid off?"...."Yes Sir, it is. It is free and clear".... "Hmmm" he said. It was pretty weird. Many people have paid off houses. At that point I knew that something set him off. Agents wanting your business will say something like this: " I will call you back with a quote in few hours". Or something along those lines. Not him! He said: "I know your email, I will email you IF I can help you".....I was 110% sure that I wont hear from him again. Sure enough there was no news from him. I am an immigrant living in the States for 20+ years. I own 2 houses. My credit is 840. I never filed an insurance claim in my life. I have a pretty good command of English. SO ANY INSURANCE COMPANY/BROKER SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME A QUOTE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. CONCLUSION: the "gentleman" disliked my accent more than he liked the easy money he could have made offering me a policy. I reached out to them 3x via their website asking what happened. Trying to find out why he never gave me a quote. The 3rd time I voiced the suspicion ( remained well mannered) that the old guy has discriminated against me bc I am an immigrant. They never got back to me to discuss the matter. NOT ONCE! I did let them know that I will write a review. They ignored it, no calls or email response from them. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP SOMEONE IN THE FUTURE . IF YOU HAVE AN ACCENT PERHAPS IT IS WISE TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE WHERE IT IS WANTED.
