I showed up for my appointment at 7:50 am for and 8am appointment. The door was locked but I could see the staff gathered around the desk. No one acknowledged me, so I waited and at 7:58 someone opened the door. I thought patients should be there and seated for their appointment. I gave my name and the young lady advised from acrossthe desk far from methat she couldn't verify my insurance. I said to her why am I just learning this. plus weks no call, email or text. I proceeded to give her my card so she could call and she said this is a medical card, and I advised that this is the card for everything and to just call. I was stared at and told that she could not do that. I said to her forget about the appointment and asked where is the owner/dentist. I advised him of the matter and his response was OH no one contacted you? I dont have anything to do with the insurance side. I explained to the doctor that my tooth was now throbbing and hurting after she examined it, and that it was not hurting like this before I came in. Her response was essentially, "There's no abscess, so I don't know why it's hurting. Take some ibuprofen." I felt completely dismissed and unheard. I then asked what I was supposed to do about the tooth, and she told me I needed a full work-up before an extraction and would have to make another appointment. After already waiting two weeks for this appointment and spending nearly three hours in the office, that was incredibly frustrating. When I pointed out that I had not been "squeezed in as an emergency," because I had waited two weeks to be seen, she reluctantly said she would "see what she could do." I was then sent back to the lobby to wait another 20 minutes to see if another patient showed up. That patient never came in, yet I was told they did--even though I was sitting in the lobby where patients check in. By this point, I was in tears, asking what I was supposed to do after waiting weeks for help. I left feeling dismissed, misled, and still in pain. The lack of compassion, communication, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Notified me today you will have to purchase another retainer metal retainer for another $150 dollars. For someone who has been doing this for thirty-nine years, having us spend three hundred dollars in the past days is ridiculous. I have had the same dentist for 20+ years, and am happy to say that I was blessed to have found a new one as quickly as I did! This was hands down the BEST experience I have EVER had. For one, they got me in immediately; could that have been luck, possibly. But nonetheless, they all were amazing: from the front desk to everyone in the back, especially DDS Tamika Brown. Wow, i'm speechless. She was extremely thorough and kind and made you feel at ease from the moment she walked in. I ended up having to have some cavities filled, and she made sure to squeeze me in sooner than later. I opted for the nitrous due to my anxiety, and let me mention that I have had this once before in which either they had it up too high or something because it kind of gave me anxiety. Either way, this time...was different. It was the perfect amount from jump. Also, she numbed me up GOOD! I worked with Tequila for my deep cleaning which can be very painful. She was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, wasn't unnecessarily rough, and was extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than 30mins. Deep cleans have to be done in 2 visits so I made sure to request her for the second session as well. This "business manager" provides the same two canned responses to most reviews and "manages" multiple facilities/chains throughout Georgia and Florida, all of which have one to two star ratings. Right now I am fighting an infection, which my original dentist had to prescribe an antibiotic, because for some reason the endo that performed the root canal did not. Hopefully after I complete treatment, i can put this entire terrible experience behind me.
