I proceeded to give her my card so she could call and she said this is a medical card, and I advised that this is the card for everything and to just call. I advised him of the matter and his response was OH no one contacted you? I dont have anything to do with the insurance side. I was not taken back to…read morea room until almost 11:20 AM, and after waiting nearly two hours, my experience only got worse. I explained to the doctor that my tooth was now throbbing and hurting after she examined it, and that it was not hurting like this before I came in. Her response was essentially, "There's no abscess, so I don't know why it's hurting. Take some ibuprofen." I felt completely dismissed and unheard. I then asked what I was supposed to do about the tooth, and she told me I needed a full work-up before an extraction and would have to make another appointment. After already waiting two weeks for this appointment and spending nearly three hours in the office, that was incredibly frustrating. When I pointed out that I had not been "squeezed in as an emergency," because I had waited two weeks to be seen, she reluctantly said she would "see what she could do." I was then sent back to the lobby to wait another 20 minutes to see if another patient showed up. That patient never came in, yet I was told they did--even though I was sitting in the lobby where patients check in. By this point, I was in tears, asking what I was supposed to do after waiting weeks for help. I left feeling dismissed, misled, and still in pain. The lack of compassion, communication, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

They are hard to get on the phone also. When I show up after taking time off from work, all they do is reschedule. I called corporate in December, after the 2nd time it happened. They said they'd have someone call me. I finally got a call from the office manager in late February after calling corporate and the location again. When I called to schedule a new appointment (this is still from what I was supposed to have done in November), I was told that I'd have to have a totally different service since I hadn't been seen in 6 months. Notified me today you will have to purchase another retainer metal retainer for another $150 dollars. For someone who has been doing this for thirty-nine years, having us spend three hundred dollars in the past days is ridiculous. If Dr Lindsey had concerns about his teeth having a little space have me purchase the metal retainer in the first place. It seems you are charging us a extra $150 instead of the one price. I have had the same dentist for 20+ years, and am happy to say that I was blessed to have found a new one as quickly as I did! This was hands down the BEST experience I have EVER had. For one, they got me in immediately; could that have been luck, possibly. But nonetheless, they all were amazing: from the front desk to everyone in the back, especially DDS Tamika Brown. Wow, i'm speechless. She was extremely thorough and kind and made you feel at ease from the moment she walked in. I ended up having to have some cavities filled, and she made sure to squeeze me in sooner than later. I opted for the nitrous due to my anxiety, and let me mention that I have had this once before in which either they had it up too high or something because it kind of gave me anxiety. Either way, this time...was different. It was the perfect amount from jump. Also, she numbed me up GOOD! I left with no tension in my shoulders or body like I normally do when leaving the dentist (from being tensed up). It was honestly the most relaxing trip to the dentist I have ever had! This "business manager" provides the same two canned responses to most reviews and "manages" multiple facilities/chains throughout Georgia and Florida, all of which have one to two star ratings. Right now I am fighting an infection, which my original dentist had to prescribe an antibiotic, because for some reason the endo that performed the root canal did not. A week before the appointments, I received a text saying both were canceled because there was no hygienist available that day. Understandable- things happen and of course hygienist can't be replaced on such short notice but when I called to reschedule, I was told the next available appointments were in December. Yes, December. They kindly offered to put us on a "short call list" which I had to call back later to follow up and still there were still no appointments Not ONE! I'm not sure how this office handles new patients, but canceling appointments made in advance and then pushing reschedules four months out is certainly a bold business model. I truly hate leaving negative reviews, but this is not how you welcome--or retain--new patients.
