I could see a room full of people working on patients. Someone in a uniform working on a patient raised their hand to acknowledge hearing ther knocking but never came to the door or made eye contact... just left me waiting and standing outside the door without a word. Then someone came to the door without saying hello or apologizing for ther wait, asked me if I had an appt. Without another word she said she would 'be back' ..took a child outside to her mother then walked by me without a word. She never returned. I left. I will never, ever return. I am appalled at how poorly I was treated. Then I when I called to soak to someone about my experience I was left on hold for over 15 mins until I hung up. This type of customer service is NOT customer service.. it is neither professional nor neighborly. It is down right RUDE!! NO business should operate this during a pandemic or any other time.
