I am doing "PreHab" in advance of a total knee replacement scheduled about a month from now - I've…read morebeen in a couple of times and the work has really paid off. less pain in my knees and, with the home program offered through my cell phone, including follow along videos and guidance, i am really seeing improvement all over - not just in my knees. It's hard to get excited about exercising when you have arthritis and a torn meniscus but these therapists really seem to know what will help, won't hurt and won't do more damage than good. My intake therapist took to time to explain aspects of the surgery that I didn't really get from the doctor - he speaks so fast and told me a lot of the stuff I needed to know but crammed it all into about 5 minutes. When I've completed the battery of exercises - they ICE my knees with large cooling packs that feel so good, I would go more often just for the cool down (haha.) My only complaint = the building has no signage and is not an easy address to find. Of course once you find it the first time then everything is cool, but I was 10 minutes late for my first appointment because GPS was confusing and inaccurate for this area. The receptionist took my credit card at check-in and collected my co-pay for each visit upfront. My credit card statement is my payment record of accurate payments. I also like that they are right in my back yard and I don't have to drive into Denver for care. This place is great.

just nowNEW I have been going to Denver Physical Therapy who…read morerecently changed their name to Pro Active for several months after a total knee replacement. Therapists are good but they are short staffed and are overbooked and too busy. My major complaint is the front office staff Gina the bookkeeper lacks professionalism, customer service skills and bookkeeping accuracy. Their Bookkeeper can't keep track of the payments you made or did'nt make regarding insurance co pays which Is unfortunate as I have made several large payments in the past that don't seem to have been documented. I was told when I went in for my last appt that I had to pay for 9 outstanding sessions back in August or I could not be seen. Why couldn't Gina have had the courtesy and professionalism to call and talk to me in order for us to discuss the situation instead of receiving an ultimatum? Wow I've always paid my copay when asked but this time I didn't feel their bookeeper Gina was right and now have to do my own reconciliation which is totally BS. Sorry I can't recommend this place due to how in the end I have to now prove I've paid! I was judged guilty and given an ultimatum without the courtesy of a phone call before arriving for my appt. Sorry this lacks total professionalism and customer service. Now I have to spend hours of my own time to figure out the situation that the bookkeeper can't seem to do. Thanks!

I especially want to commend Dr. Peter Van Doren for extensive physical therapy rehab following my hip fracture. After release from a rehab hospital, I was marginally functional. Following Dr. Van Doren's rehab PT, I am now walking 15 miles a week, pain free. What makes Dr. Van Doren unique is, when one is unable to perform an exercise in a particular way, his extensive expertise immediately shifts to a Plan B and sometimes even a Plan C as work-arounds to achieve the desired outcome. The bottom line is he always gets results! More recently, Dr. Van Doren treated me for sciatic joint pain and also bone on bone knee pain. Following injections by my ortho Dr., and a PM&R Dr., combined with their physician-ordered PT have again restored full functionality, and I'm pain free.

They were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and very very helpful. The center is clean, entire staff are all just the best. I had visited two other outpatient PT centers, which will remain nameless here, before finding AdventHealth CR Rehabilitation/PT Center. If you need any king of physical therapy, go to this center. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Rebecca has great attention to detail, listens well and has an approach you can trust and actually relax into the adjustments. My wife who had a very bad experience elsewhere did not trust seeing a chiro but needed the work. Rebecca recommended she come in and see how a session would go and do a consultation after. My wife opened up and has been a regular client ever since. That's not all, we also now have our senior pup coming in with us to see Byron who's helping keep our old lady feeling young. Their front desk, Haleigh is the absolute best! She helps us plan ahead, knows our routine and is another great staff looking out for my family.

Different styles, modalities, men and women, young and old. Before starting to see Dr. Tyler several months ago, I thought I knew what a great chiropractor looked like... but he blew away our previous notions, expectations, and standards of care! Never have I met a chiropractor with so much passion for his craft, and a relentless pursuit of mastery. It's a sight to behold. My wife, daughter, and I have made major improvements in our backs, necks, and overall bodies within a relatively short period of time. We have learned just how vital and influential our spinal cords are (as extensions of our brains) to areas of our body, inside and out, that you'd never think could be treated through chiropractic care... because he takes the time to explain all of that. His treatment plans are SO much more than just adjusting/cracking backs and necks. Gentle, but highly effective. And, when needed, as a relatively young man, he has the strength and energy to give anyone of any size or condition the nuanced force their body needs with finesse. Dr. Tyler takes his Gonstead training and its framework very seriously. He never makes us feel rushed during our appointments. And, as a very important bonus, he's got a pleasant and fun personality that makes you feel like you're a good friend or family member, with plenty of light-heartedness and humor, but while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, at the same time. This review is a long-time coming, which is why it's so long and detailed. I've come to view Dr. Tyler not only as my chiropractor, but one of my top trusted wellness advisors, and a good friend. Whether you're currently seeing another chiropractor, or you have visited one, I HIGHLY recommend you give Dr. Tyler Simpson the opportunity to assess your situation and demonstrate his immense competence!
