I have been to many chiropractors over the years, and none of them have proven to be sincerely focused on restoring their clients' health as much as Restoration Chiropractic has for my family and me. One day, my family's suspicion was overcome by the need for relief of pain in our backs. We had just moved to Castle Rock and did not know where to go for chiropractic care. My daughter Googled chiropractors in the area and discovered Restoration Chiropractic with its 100% five-star review status. She and her husband gave them a try and promptly recommended I do the same. Since the first time we began going to them for care, we have all been feeling much better--not only in our backs, but in the rest of our bodies, as well! Absolutely, Restoration Chiropractic has overwhelmingly met my family's chiropractic needs, effectively restoring holistic health to our bodies in a friendly and welcoming environment. It is important to me for chiropractic care to be effecting healthy change in my body, or I feel it is not worth the time and expense for the care. The staff at Restoration are interested in helping their patients move towards health and wholeness in their entire bodies. They take X-rays and schedule time to explain to each client the individual areas needing alignment not only in their spine but other areas of the body as well. They develop a custom-made plan for each person that includes regular visits, traction on a table to loosen vertebrae, prescribed traction devices to be utilized at home, and assigned daily exercises for people to do on their own. Their goal is to help their clients to attain health and NOT to keep their clients simply frequently returning for the rest of their lives. After the client completes the four-month treatment plan, they take X-rays again and analyze the client's progress. I was pleased to see all the progress my body had made since the initial X-ray. This health improvement is evident to me, personally, as I now have fewer headaches and much less pain in my back. The quality of care I receive is superb. I am grateful for this newfound health and lack of pain in my body. The customer service from all the staff at Restoration is superb. I am always greeted with friendly smiles when I enter. I even joked with one of them, "Do you ever have a bad day?" They are genuinely kind and happy in their interactions. They communicate well with me and respond promptly to my calls and emails. They are flexible with the schedule and have been understanding when I needed to adjust my appointment time. I have never felt rushed or as though I was an inconvenience to them. I have grown to look forward to my interactions with everyone there and am a little sad I do not need to go so often anymore, for I miss them! I don't feel their costs are outrageous, but it is a little higher than some places I have been. The fact that they do not take medical insurance is inconvenient, although one can submit receipts from Restoration Chiropractic to their own insurance company for reimbursement. Because the quality of care is so high, though, I understand their need to charge higher prices. I believe it is worth the sacrifice to pay the extra for the great care I have received. They do offer wellness plans that provide significant discounts, but they never pressure clients to make commitments. They have been intentional about decorating their office to have a welcoming feel. Couches in the waiting area are comfy while still supportive for people with sore backs. They have a coat rack in the corner that seems to say, "Make yourself at home." I enjoy the ambiance the patio lights above the traction tables give. The industrial vibe is a pleasure to experience every time I'm there. Each day a different genre of music is playing, and I've grown to anticipate what interesting creative playlist I may hear when I go for an adjustment. For people looking for resolution to spine and joint issues and not just temporary fixes, Restoration Chiropractic is a fantastic option. Restoration Chiropractic has overwhelmingly met my family's chiropractic needs with friendly and professional customer service in a delightful environment. I am grateful to have found them. I give them five out of five stars!

It was evident at the first phone call that Dr. Campbell does things a little differently than most health care professionals. For example, he doesn't take appointments. I was taken aback by this fact but after talking to his Assistant, Kristi, I understood it in a different way. I've never waited more the 10 minutes to see him! Dr Campbell is a friendly and intelligent Chiropractor that is honest about his love of fixing things from the inside out. In other words, He likes to make sure your internal body is fully functioning so that your external body can follow suit. So you'll notice him paying attention to your habits on your first meeting. I just arrived for a consultation and though the place was hopping, it did seem like there was a rhythm to it. One person is loosened up on a massage table that gently relaxes you, another is purchasing some vitamins and someone got adjusted. He took me to his "Interview room" and we talked about my complaints. He took X-Rays and discussed my eating habits. He is a master Kinesiologist and wanted me to know that my body will tell him everything he needs to know to make me well. In the meantime, through my Xrays, he said some astonishing things about my life and my lifestyle that I hadn't discussed. Again, he keeps it light on Symptoms and big on Cause. I liked that he makes no bones (pardon the pun) about his commitment to the wife and kids. He closes everyday for two hours just to spend time with them during the summer months. He found some crazy cool things going on with my roommate that blew us both away. The TLDR version is that he said my Roomie had chlorine poisoning in his body. We laughed because we don't have any chlorine coming in to the house. Dr. Campbell didn't argue just said "The body doesn't lie. " When we go home, my roommate went to do laundry and pulled out a big bottle of CHLORINE bleach and we both fell out laughing. Then found it in all the cleaning products. Chlorine was my Roomies favorite cleaning substance. That ended swiftly. Dr Campbell gave him some supplements designed to remove chorine and man you could see the stuff working. That's the magic of Dr Campbell. He takes what he knows seriously and allows you to follow him or your heart OR both. It's a pleasure to see him, he has a genuine smile like someone content with his work and life. And I'm really tired of bad office managers. Kristi is a gem and has a great warmth that compliments Dr. Campbell. He'll be in my contacts for a long while.

Dr. Campbell conducted a thorough interview to assess my health and issues needing to be addressed. I was provided plenty of feedback on my current state and received a recommended course of care, along with options for more thorough and preventative treatment. I felt better immediately. I also feel that I now have a plan to improve my overall health and well-being.

Rebecca has great attention to detail, listens well and has an approach you can trust and actually relax into the adjustments. My wife opened up and has been a regular client ever since. That's not all, we also now have our senior pup coming in with us to see Byron who's helping keep our old lady feeling young. Different styles, modalities, men and women, young and old. Before starting to see Dr. Tyler several months ago, I thought I knew what a great chiropractor looked like... but he blew away our previous notions, expectations, and standards of care! Never have I met a chiropractor with so much passion for his craft, and a relentless pursuit of mastery. It's a sight to behold. My wife, daughter, and I have made major improvements in our backs, necks, and overall bodies within a relatively short period of time. We have learned just how vital and influential our spinal cords are (as extensions of our brains) to areas of our body, inside and out, that you'd never think could be treated through chiropractic care... because he takes the time to explain all of that. His treatment plans are SO much more than just adjusting/cracking backs and necks. Gentle, but highly effective. And, when needed, as a relatively young man, he has the strength and energy to give anyone of any size or condition the nuanced force their body needs with finesse. Dr. Tyler takes his Gonstead training and its framework very seriously. He never makes us feel rushed during our appointments. And, as a very important bonus, he's got a pleasant and fun personality that makes you feel like you're a good friend or family member, with plenty of light-heartedness and humor, but while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, at the same time. This review is a long-time coming, which is why it's so long and detailed. I've come to view Dr. Tyler not only as my chiropractor, but one of my top trusted wellness advisors, and a good friend. Whether you're currently seeing another chiropractor, or you have visited one, I HIGHLY recommend you give Dr. Tyler Simpson the opportunity to assess your situation and demonstrate his immense competence!
