A total waste of time & no other practice I have been too has ever charged me for a copy of my film.

Your treatment plan could consist of exercises tailored to your issue, manual work on you by the PT, and ice/heat/stim. (Love the compression ice sleeve!) The PTs and aides are really good at what they do, designing a specialized plan for you, being responsive to feedback, and having an awareness of the room. Kudos to Shane, James, Mike, Jordan, Tony and the team for their attentiveness; thank you Shane especially for your professionalism and help! It seems like most PT places have a dated feel to them but this one feels better, perhaps because it is well kept, the signed sports memorabilia on the walls, and the comforting sound of the washing machine running. It's a smallish space so conversations carry throughout the room, so you pretty much hear everything. Not too much privacy if you want that. They also have convenient hours. They are by appointment and have early morning and later times. If you go at a busier time, it gets more hectic and there's a lot more staff multitasking happening. Before you start, they contact you about what you will owe per session. I ended up owing more than initially told (estimate?) which is never a good surprise. Perhaps double verifying ahead of time would be good. This wasn't the cheapest place if you're budget conscious. Parking is easy and they're located right next to Davey's bar.

He said my primary Dr. should complete the form, which she did, but she stated that Dr Bhadra really should have completed the document. Aflac denied my coverage because the primary care doctor was not the "treating" doctor. So I received no reimbursement for missing work for 3 weeks. Not all of us can afford to miss work without some financial assistance. One other thing: I had a follow-up tele-visit with Dr. Bhadra. I waited an hour for him and finally hung up. He then called me. I will never go back there.
