I paid them in cash for that copy & they have been sending me a bill for the $5 because the person I paid probably pocketed the money. They did nothing for me except refer me to someone else in their practice. The doctor they referred me to doesn't work in the office they sent me too or do the procedure I needed done. A total waste of time & no other practice I have been too has ever charged me for a copy of my film.
