Good afternoon. I would just like to see if there's any places for rent out here in the valley,…read morepreferably a three bedroom if possible $1800. So about a year ago my family and I started renting out a place from diversified properties. Before moving into the property, I had asked questions as far as how they are on maintenance and maintaining septic issues and she had reassured me there was no septic problems and that they're really good about their maintenance. Before moving in in the spring time, it started leaking inside my garage from the roof. so they came out, told me they needed to wait for it to dry out and in the spring time they would need to come redo the roof. Well, that never happened. and over the winter time I started having problems with Septic, toilets, bathtub, sink, washer, machine. Feces, coming out from every end it was almost like having a gigantic toilet, there was sewage, coming out all over my porch where the overflow is. You could hear water underneath the house that was also sewage. It was so bad I had to let my kids spend the night with my family not to mention the hours it took to clean up. And she had told me it was due to ground water and I said no this is very severe and I started freaking out because it was so disgustingly nasty not to mention unsanitary so then she told me if I continue to keep calling her, she will start writing down everything and there will be legal action. I was so baffled and beside myself because I thought that was the landlords responsibility. So then moving forward the gentleman that had came and checked it out said that it had been going on for several years and she was told it needed to be replaced. So after me making a fuss about it, they had someone come out there replace the septic and the Leitchfield. So after that, she started getting pretty ugly not to mention I had not even live there a year. I was not able to even be comfortable for the time that I have lived there. Back in September after waiting the whole summer for someone to come out and fix the septic someone finally came out in September. The manager then tells me that I'm going to need to be out at the end of September so the owner can make renovations without a tenant there. So I pack up my whole house and put everything in storage There's no negotiations. The landlord is coming up and he does not want anyone in the rental so he's able to redo the roof and fix the yard and do some upgrades. So i'm pretty hurt and honestly devastated after re-assuring me last year before moving in that none of this I would have to worry about. I would have a safe long-term residential rental knowing my situation before moving in my family and I were homeless because it was so hard to find a house due to my last landlord dying unexpectedly. so they sold the property not to mention I had been a great tenant before that seven years to be exact, and the rug was ripped out from underneath my feet, and then to have this happen again. The way my family and I have been treated during this whole experience has been mentally emotionally financially traumatizing not to mention this is my sons first year of junior high and my daughters senior year of high school. Not to mention I did find a couple of places but she had lied and said I was still in a lease and to break that lease I would end up having to pay $2500. She had told me prior if I find anything, just let her know, and they will be willing to prorate the rent and I can leave. But unfortunately lost that opportunity as well because she lied to them. All everyone wants is a safe place to call home and to be treated with human decency and respect. My rent is paid on time. I keep up with my bills I keep up with the outside of the home just as well as the inside and to be treated as an inhumane animal. I think it's time landlords start taking accountability for their actions. And they wonder why there's so many homelessness. Good tenant, bad landlords. Sorry for my rant just trying to bring awareness. Thank you for your time.

I lived here for almost 3 years and left my apartment in immaculate condition compared to when I…read moremoved in. They screw me out of my security deposit by trumping up excuses on minor repairs of basic wear and tear of the very cheap cabinets. Rent from here at your own risk. They'll take from you in the end. Their locks are very insecure. We moved in and asked them to change them for new locks, they installed old, weak, and very insecure ones they've had in storage. It was worse after they did the "replacement". So, if you enjoy buying new locks and loosing all your money you put down on a security deposit, rent here. They lie about everything. Get it in writing. These people do not honor their word. I moved into a dirty, smelly apartment, and I was told I wouldn't need to clean when I moved out. Despite that, I cleaned it and they still charged me for not cleaning the apartment. This is the way they operate with everything. Update: the response from owner was just an attempt to save face. They won't resolve anything. They still have my security deposit. I even replaced the crappy blinds, toilet seat, and shower head that came with the apartment. Trashy management. Trashy people. Avoid!

Our friendly neighbor's footsteps are frequently annoying, loud and very often vibrate the ceiling and walls! You never know when to expect a BOOM-Bang-cRaSh-clang!!! Commotion and clamor from the apartment upstairs can wreck an otherwise delightful day, and it can definitely ruin a good night's sleep.
