The treatment has been almost cut in half. When they were finished they never said a word, cleaned up and never saw them again. We were the only patrons there. We had to ask for a top coat and if we needed to go to drying station. Thats ridiculous to have to be proactive when you want to be pampered. It was my birthday. Never once offered water ir anything to drink. They may have upgraded the interior but not the service. I will be looking for another place.

She then turned me over to someone else. After 2 1/2 hours, my nails are 75% completed my nails are pink rather than white and I remind her that was not what I asked for. English was not her first language so conversation went back-and-forth between my Manicurist and the owner, problem enough.... I don't understand what is being said... the possible solution when a lovely patron decides to inform me that it wasn't nice to inform the manicurist that I wasn't happy with what was being done to my nails.. I had been rude in bringing the color issue to the manicurist attention (it's unchristian) and as her daughter was in the shop, she was using me as an example for her daughter of the kind of behavior not to exhibit in that situation. All the while .... the owner has apparently decided the original manicurist should continue trying to fix the nail color which I eventually point out remains pink. The owner eventually steps in again and corrects the situation and I leave with my nails completed, but nothing else, but please. I bet you're thinking it's the end, oh no. Before I go my oh so gracious teaching mother loudly states as I'm washing my hands that she is willing to pay for my services. I'm thinking... Oh!!! Really!! She's a regular so I thanked her and said no but I did bless her for pointing out my unchristian like behavior today and left. I don't think this salon and I are a good match. Once I find a good match... I follow them. These people are your friends and environment is important along with how well they do their job.

My mother goes here all the time for her pedicures. It was the typical Walmart experience. There were about (4) of the shop owners elementary school age children wandering in and out. The children were pleasant & intelligent so we didn't mind. The children showed us there new Christmas photos that they took next door. This salon kinda low balls you. The man said the service would be $32 and I had asked him for gel nails, then he went up to $40 and when Indira switched to gel lite toenails as well the final price was $50. This was still a good price b/c I paid $62 in Dallas for just a pedicure, but I didn't like how $32 became $40. Indira was their only customer. When we were finishing a family w/ (2) little children came in. I thought the little girl was gonna get a manicure, but their father got a pedicure and later their mother came I and got a manicure. The children were left to wander but they were nice children so if you want a "spa" experience you know not to come here. Indira got a lite flesh tone pinkish fingernail gel color and a deeper pink on her toes. She was really pleased when we got home. It feels so good to have your toes look their best when you come home. Indira kept commenting how pleased she was. They use a Gelfsh product by Harmony. I get CND and really like it. This salon did not have CND colors. When we left we went to Best Buy & Beyond and there was an Angel nail salon in that center so I stopped in to check it out and the manicurist owner had CND and Gelish product. She agreed with me that she prefers CND but she said the colors are more limited so she has added Gelfsh to her collection of CND. We would definitely go back if we were pressed for time and willing to skip the "salon" experience.

The two are regulars here and adore the staff. It was easy to see why. They are all so friendly, helpful, and very good at what they do. I felt so welcomed and comfortable there. Also, the pedicure felt so good! It's like a massage, foot bath, and nail polish all in one and I don't know why I hadn't done it before! It's so relaxing. We're going to make it a monthly thing going forward as a form of self-care. Highly recommend!

They told me my nails needed a whole new set and i politely asked them not to because i felt it was fine. It took almost 2 hours. The tech did not buffer my nails nor did she really seem to know what she was doing, the lady next to her kept reminding her of things she forgot and showing her. A week later the nail that they redid had fully fallen off again and the nails were chunky and not done well. I understand everyone has to learn but this was not a great experience especially because when I called they were not very kind about it.

He was awesome...The most thorough person that I had EVER had do my SNS nails. I returned every few weeks for my fill-ins through December. Only once did I not make an appt and had my nails done by Kevin. As nice as he was, I was not impressed with the way my nails looked. I called for an appointment recently to find out that Tony was no longer there. I was told that Kevin was available. Reluctantly I made the appointment. I had previously gone out of town and had pink and white SNS done. Kevin asked what I wanted and I told him just pink, no white, which was exactly the fill-in he did. Of course, the white was still on my nail because it wasn't completely removed. I was charged $30. When I got home and looked at the price list, I should've only been charged $25 for the pink fill-in. The entire time my nails were being done, Kevin was talking about $. I feel like he finds a way to get a little more out of people. And a week later, my nails look like crap! My business will definitely no longer be given to Unique Nails. I would LOVE to find Tony!!! I guess until then I will have to pay a little more to go to the salon near home.
