My kids love him, which is a first for my kids to love a dentist. My youngest boy Kasen, when he was 2, was with me at Bright Smiles. Dr Wolf had him climb up in a chair and look in his mouth just so he would be familiar with going to the dentist when he got older. Now he's 3 and loves going to see Wolf! When I got to office for regular cleaning the hygienist stated asking lots of medical questions, saying it wasn't up to her. She lectured me on dental health being root cause of health problems and answered my questions without respect for my feelings. Dentist came over saying he heard the conversation, and he would not treat me, he would not fix my cavaties as was scheduled and I would have to leave. They got the full payment for the only covered exam I had left for the year, and wasted several weeks of my time delaying my treatment, creating stress and financial difficulties. I thought I had done a review already. Maybe it never got past the draft stage LOL…read more Dr. Asay's office was recommended to me when we moved back to Idaho. It's where family members have been going and it helped that their office was right down the road from my children school. So they could walk into an appointment after school and I could meet them there from work. It is a bit of the pain that they're only open Monday through Thursday but usually that's not a problem. It's more just that I'm a little forgetful and forget to call them sometimes when they're open. As my children have gotten older I want them to be more mindful to communicate with me about what happened when I wasn't there yet. I appreciate that my children are older and can tell me the gist of it themselves but I want the staff to be more communicative with me directly. I don't want the risk of like in the "telephone" game ha ha. There was an instance when I had a crown done and there was some miscommunication, I felt, about the projected cost versus the actual cost and when I brought it up to them they were understanding and they worked with me.

He's also my husband's dentist. 3 years ago during a routine cleaning, one of the hygienists noted something unusual. She asked Dr Fisher to take a look. It turned out that he had a cancerous lesion on one of his tonsils. He'd never noticed it & didn't have pain. Without the watchful eye of the hygienist and Dr Fisher's quick referral to an ENT Specialist, no one knows how much it could have spread. With surgery & radiation my husband has now been certified Cancer Free for 3 years. We're very grateful.

Feels like my tooth, amazing. But, every appointment I made resulted in sitting in the pleasant lobby with others that were booked for the same time, I always waited an hour or more. Not sure why they make appointments and then book many at the same time. VERY EXPENSIVE. They would not use the crown that fell out, had to start from scratch with the most extensive set of x -rays I've ever had for my teeth, a build up (temp), then the fabulous crown. I booked it as as urgent, but it was not treated with any urgency, at all. I sat with a billing person to discuss cost and schedules, hat to make two large payments, but thought I was done with it and then weeks later I got yet another bill for the x-rays, that was not mentioned as being separate. They quoted me a separate price for a crown that was the last step in an implant from another state, they wanted over $2,000.
