This review is for the Today's Carwash on Stan Schlueter in Killeen. Manager Ivan. Went through the car wash on Tuesday March 5th around 9:30 am. Came out the car wash and noticed the accessory I put on my driver's side door handle was ripped off ( this was a piece that could not just fall off, you have to pull the handle out, put this piece inside the handle and it will not come off). However this car wash managed to rip it off my car. I was told they do not cover after market accessories or damage. So basically Today's car wash can rip all of your accessories off your car and you are SOL. The manager gave me the run around for 3 days saying each day he would give me a call in 24 hours. I caught up with him today and asked him for the phone number to the claims department of their insurance company and of course he said he does not have that info and he would relay this to his boss and they would call me back. However I know for a fact he has this info because a previous car I had in 2022, a new 2022 kia k5 and their car wash ripped some side paneling off a car 2 cars in front of me and scraped the whole right side of my car. That claim was paid for almost $2,000. He was the one who gave me the adjusters contact information. Good customer service is a thing of the past people. People lie to avoid accountability and pass the buck so they don't have to deal with you. The only reason I went to this car wash again is because they are the closet to my house. Never again! Daquan Manzano was one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with! He was so knowledgeable on the memberships and when I pulled through I was shocked at how personable he was. I did decline the membership at first however, when I was vacuuming he came over looked at the hood of my car noticed some dirt that had been missed and had me pull my car around again to go through the wash. I thought that it was so above and beyond what most people do that I decided to sign up! People like him are why businesses succeed. You don't find many good people like that anymore and just based on his personality I'd recommend anyone take their business here. The wash is great as well and you can't beat the price. With the way the world is right now kindness goes so far and I wish there was more I could do and say to Thank Daquan for making me laugh and being so kind. This place is TERRIBLE. This was my first time coming here because they're across from Walmart and Planet Fitness. Should of went to the car wash on Clear Creek line I always do. They don't offer anything but a vacuum, no wipes, no towels. I should of realized that when I saw people pulling out rags from their trunks. For the less money the car wash on clear creek gives you more service. I did leave a tip which I would of used to buy cleaning supplies had I known this place SUCK's line this . read more

I have never had the decision for a monthly subscription confirmed as a good idea until today. During my daily drive, a road work crew spattered paint from road striping across my hood and up the windshield. By the time I was able to turn around and get back to the location the work crew was gone. I brought my car in pleading for assistance. The crew was able to scrub that sh*t right out! They were able to get all residual traces removed and then provide exemplary service at the same time. Also, this location is the best one in town. It provide all the tools necessary to detail and clean your car to a sparkling shine every time. As a ride share driver I really appreciate this attention to detail. It allows me to maintain a professional level of cleanliness for all of my customers. read more

It looks like all the options that I elected worked, but the dryers really needs more volume of air. It's a very clean facility that comes with free vacuums and towels as well as carpet machine. These three are not available during lockdown. Make sure you bring your own towel and give yourself a little extra time to dry off your vehicle. I would come back to this location. Up until this event, I was very satisfied as a customer and would have rated them 5 stars. However, my wife had taken her vehicle to get washed and she noticed that the back windshield wiper had come off after the wash was completed. She returned to the car wash and explained to a staff member named Kevin, what happened, She was informed that the manager, Ivan, would review the cameras. After a few minutes, she was told that per the viewing of the cameras she had driven in without the back windshield wiper on her vehicle. My wife then witnessed the young man put, what appeared to be a windshield wiper in his hoodie pocket (coincidence?). She asked if she could be shown the camera footage (where they stated clearly that she drove in WITHOUT the windshield wiper) and she was told no. She then asked what did she have to do to view the cameras before taking it any further. At this point apparently the circumstances changed and they told her to wait for a minute that they may have found something in the cameras. After a few more minutes she was told that they had found her windshield wiper and that it indeed did come off during the wash. They told her they would give her a call back after they were able to retrieve it because of ongoing vehicles in the car wash. This seemed absurd considering the fact that she was already lied to, stating she drove in without it and had seen the young man mentioned earlier put one in his pocket. Why suddenly when my wife asked to view the cameras now she WAS seen drive-in with the windshield wiper on her vehicle and it came off during the wash? She complied, however, left and waited for the call. Within a couple more minutes they had called her and stated her windshield wiper was retrieved and undamaged and that they would reinstall it for her. When I got off of work we both returned to the car wash where the windshield wiper was placed back on her vehicle, and both of our memberships were canceled. We didn't decide to cancel our memberships over a silly windshield wiper. Accidents can occur with machines and we understand that. The dishonesty and disrespect for which this situation was handled by the manager & staff are why we no longer wish to do business. In conclusion, if you want a great wash at a great price, this is a good place to go. But be mindful that in the event that an accident may occur, they will deny responsibility and you no longer stand a valued customer. read more

I have found my new Car wash! The attention to detail, friendly customer service and overall good service what makes this car wash stand out from all other of the Today's Car wash. I have been to other Today's Car wash in Central Texas and this one stands out as the best. When entering the car wash the crew actually scrubbed the front end and tail gate. Other place just go through the motions and really don't put any effort into the pre-cleaning. The shift manager came out as I was vacuuming my truck to ensure if I need anything. Great setup! We were just passing through and needed a car wash. This one was way better than anything we've had at home. They actually scrub your car as you enter, and there were more brushes at all levels for a better clean. It seemed like they even had it set up so that members automatically get a windshield sticker scanned to enter, eliminating the need to touch anything. If we had one of these near our house, we'd sign up in a heartbeat. read more

Kept having problems with the placement of my sticker since an employee placed it on vertically and high on the windshield. Someone would have to be present to either enter a code or run their hand over the sticker. Very frustrating especially when cars that came after me would go through before me. I asked for a new sticker numerous times for the past two months but no one at the Clear Creek or Harker Heights location was willing to change it out for me. I kept being told that it would only be replaced if it was damaged or if it continued to happen. Today I was lucky enough to get Ivan at the Stan Schlueter location. I think he heard the frustration in my voice. He listened and agreed that the position of my sticker could be causing the issue. Ivan changed out my sticker and didn't try to convince me to wait.
