I grabbed the vacuum hose, but when I placed it against my car, instead of sucking air, it acted like a water hose and soaked the entire vehicle. I immediately pulled it away and walked toward the office; an employee followed behind me and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation, and she said, "I'm sorry, but the first two vacuums aren't working. We usually park a car there to keep people from using them, but someone moved it." I asked, "Why don't you just put up an 'Out of Order' sign?" She replied, "They don't like that"--I'm not sure who she meant by "they"--to which I responded, "But that would actually work!" She offered, "If you want, I can call Chris [the supervisor]." I asked, "And what is he going to do? Is he going to dry my car for me?" I stood there drying my car myself, and no one came over to help; perhaps I had told her not to call him, but during the entire time I spent drying the car, no one even made an attempt to come out and check on me. Paid almost $500 and received the following: The detail on the vehicle was the equivalent of a bad car wash. He damaged my headliner by applying steam to it. Now sagging headliner in two spots. Needless to say he didn't clean the headliner. Windows where dirty as if the car wasn't washed. Definitely not detailed. Hood paint restoration left me with hairline scratches all over the hood. Headlight restoration only happened on one of the headlights. He inspected the vehicle a week before the appointment and told me he could get them both as good as new. Did not happen. There was no offer of discount due to not cleaning headliner. I was told it would take 6 hours to detail my car. He was calling saying it was ready 3:40 after I dropped it off. Keep your money you could do a better job at home with basic cleaning products. Very disappointed with this service and would not recommend. NO Pride in the work they put out. Horrible!

There were dried bugs and everything thing else on my car. When we came out of that car wash my car was sparkling! I have a subscription to Today's Car Wash but my car never gets clean like that. It also helps that the pre-washers actually spray the grills to get bugs off. I did not know about Mister car wash until that day. I'm really thinking of switching if this one is anything like the one I got to experience back home. Oh! And it was only like $26 I believe for the titanium wash (results were unbelievable!). I wanted clean, always hope for sparkling...from past experiences I never really expected too much but Mister Car Wash delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Even the hubby was impressed and he won't go to drive thru car washes bc he always has to finish the job anyway, especially on the grill. Oh! And your car doesn't come out dripping because there dryer at the end also has a huge towel that dries you off. I'm trying this one very soon! I would definitely recommend you try it out. Legendary Hogg Wash is quite possibly the best car wash/detailing shop I have ever been to…read more On my first day in Texas after a 3 day road trip and hating having my car look so filthy I looked up nearby places to get her washed and this shop came up. Yes, they do mostly motorcycles and from what I saw when I was there they do a damn good job of it, but they also do cars trucks, RVs all of it. When I called they were very nice and when I showed up Leon the owner was ready for me and addressed my by name even though I didn't tell him when I was coming. The real review is the results, my car looked and smelled beautiful, they even cleaned the door jambs and the trunk jambs and footboards, everything was sparkling! They take their time but that's why you come here, so bring your patience otherwise I'm sure there's a touchless foam wash down the road you can get in and out of in 5 minutes. I'll be back for sure. This is my spot!
