Buying a home can be extremely stressful with all the financing options. And if buying a new construction home as we have done twice now navigating the builder's timeframe is frustrating. With our recent condo purchase in Halifax, Mass built by Thorndike Development, nothing went smooth. Though not in Jenn's wheel house, Jenn was our champion and did everything to remove obstacles. Much of the hiccups were not within her scope. Jenn did not shy away, she rolled up her sleeves picked up that phone and made a plethora of calls throughout the process. We would absolutely secure Alante Real Estate and work with Jenn again! She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, simply the best the best and gives 1,000%! Jenn truly cares!

She was patient with our questions and provided so much useful information without pressuring us to make hasty decisions. She was also accommodative of changes in schedule due to the hot market (e.g., meeting us for showings with short notice), and helped us find ways to be competitive with offers. Aside from her great work, Esther was such a genuine and lovely person to work with. She made our first home buying experience easy and fun, even in a crazy market. We would recommend Esther to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first time buyers!
