The house was not ready for our arrival - it had not been cleaned thoroughly, owners clothing items still in the house, doors and windows stuck, outside shower not turned on, propane tank not filled, pictures leaning up against the wall...just to name a few things. Anytime we needed something fixed, it was a hassle...and we had workers in and out of the house for the first two weeks of our stay - repairing things that should have been done before our arrival (fixing toilets, setting up the stairs to the beach, etc.) The property manager for the house did not even show up once while we were there. Clearly, Kinlin Grover did not do a thorough inspection of the house before we arrived - which is completely shocking in my opinion, especially considering the price we paid for this month-long rental.

In the heart of the Cape selling season, she vacationed in Italy for 2 weeks. She never informed us that she was leaving; left no forwarding contact information. Later that day Sothebys called to say she was in Europe and unreachable. No personal contact with her from 8/27 to 9/24/19. Speaking to real estate agents in our town, all remarked that the behavior was most unprofessional. We asked on 9/20/19 for a list of agents who had shown our house; she responded on 10/13. We asked her to send us her marketing emails; no response and unheeded. Asked her to remove the sign after Thanksgiving; no response and unheeded.
