Wiring wasn't hooked up as we'd requested, there were a few switches that didn't make sense and we'd asked for switched outlets in bedroom - they weren't wired that way. There was no apology, no problem solving ideas. Mostly, the lackluster attitude was rude and surprising, as we work in a service environment, ourselves. We thought we had our issues resolved, or at least, we'd compromised, and finally got them to finish up, after holding final payment as leverage, only to find out, recently, that our off-peak meter was never wired completely, and IF it was communicated to us, it wasn't done clearly. Now we have frozen ground to work with, and additional expense. We've always worked with Wiebolt in the past, and we're sorry that we strayed. We can't figure out why this company was ever recommended to us, to begin with. Almost two years of frustrations!
