Enjoyed hearing the gong and singing when someone got their braces off. Dr. Koch suggested getting different braces than what was previously recommended to us, which would allow us to NOT use an expander (thanks goodness). Booked our appointment, looking forward to working with this office. ***** Update, my daughter got her braces on yesterday. Dr. Koch and his assistant Robin were awesome! Very friendly and efficient, and answered a lot of our questions- my daughter is the first in our family to get braces. I was also impressed with a follow-up call later that night by Dr. Koch himself. It was personal too, mentioning things we had spoken about.
