Dr W is extraordinary. The dental professionals around him are first class, personable, professional, and polished! The administrative personnel are attentive and positively represent this practice with perfect aplomb. I don't necessarily want to be a regular customer but if it weren't flat-out odd, I'd visit twice a month just to get a taste of their hospitality and heart.

I thought it was an honest mistake.. but now it's happened again and I've been trying to get a hold of someone to find out why and make sure they are more careful so this doesn't happen again and I've gotten the run around and haven't received calls back for MONTHS. Meanwhile the charges keep racking up because every time they send a bill it's an additional $10 charge. !!!MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT SCHEDULED MORE THAN YOUR INSURANCE WILL COVER!!! Now I'm having to pay for an extra visit out of pocket because of a mistake on their end.

The waiting room has a giant artificial tree in the lobby, as well as a separate room for patients to watch a movie. Once further inside, the decor is professional and kid friendly. They have TVs for the patients to watch during their cleaning or procedures. The X-ray aprons have smiley faces on them - how cute is that? To this day my son still gets a reward coin after his cleaning to use in their prize machine. :) Dr. Bongiovi is the Best! He is very patient, honest, extremely skilled, and compassionate. We have never had a bad experience. We will be sad when our son is at age to move out of this pediatric dentist. I have referred many patients here, and will continue to do so!

She got us checked in quickly and helped put us at ease. My son needed to be sedated through an IV for his dental procedure due to his sensory needs, and as any special needs parent knows, that can be incredibly overwhelming. Dr. Paris was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel judged. Because of my son's sensory challenges, brushing his teeth has always been a struggle. Unfortunately, he needed eight crowns and three extractions**. As a parent, it's easy to feel like you've somehow failed your child in moments like these, but not one person on this team made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable. Instead, they treated us with compassion, understanding, and genuine kindness. After the procedure, Cindy, the recovery nurse, was equally incredible. I'm a single mom and didn't have anyone with me that day. She was so patient, caring, and even helped me get my son safely to the car. That simple act of kindness meant more than she probably realizes.While no parent wants their child to have to go through a procedure like this, the level of compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care we received made all the difference. She had cavities at a very young age and had to be placed under anesthesia to fill and he made sure he explained the process and we had it at the hospital because he was concerned with the size of her tonsils. Long story short his concern led to her pediatrician (who had to clear her for surgery) sending her to an ear nose and throat specialist. We had her tonsils and adenoids removed and we would have never known the issue existed if it hadn't been for Dr Hicks. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The new office is absolutely gorgeous -

It's by far the most beautiful dentist office I've seen, with a lobby that looks like a Vegas hotel lobby. There's a movie room to keep your children occupied while waiting, or adults waiting for their kids. He does such a great job, when my daughter had 8 cavities (yes, 8, oops), he took care of it swiftly and she had no issues. In the new office, they have a gold coin to give to them where they can pick from several candy ball-like machines as a prize. My daughter literally asked when the next time she can get a cleaning because she wanted another gold coin. Brilliant! Highly recommend!
