I booked this hotel through Expedia, paid for it, and received a confirmation letter directly from the hotel. When we arrived today-no room for us. We had been moved to a less desirable location. Instead of walking directly to the Balcón de Europa, we were 10 minutes away. The hotel placed the blame on Expedia. Okay, then don't use them for your booking. We were supposed to have a kitchen and be right at the beach. We didn't even have a kettle in our room for tea or instant coffee.
We could have gone anywhere this weekend and we chose this location only to be disappointed. I guess my advice is if you want to stay at this hotel, don't dare book through a 3rd party agency. read more
