We had been moved to a less desirable location. Instead of walking directly to the Balcón de Europa, we were 10 minutes away. The hotel placed the blame on Expedia. Okay, then don't use them for your booking. We were supposed to have a kitchen and be right at the beach. We didn't even have a kettle in our room for tea or instant coffee. We could have gone anywhere this weekend and we chose this location only to be disappointed. I guess my advice is if you want to stay at this hotel, don't dare book through a 3rd party agency.

It was just behind the beach... as close as you can get in the hotels... the sheets were kind of knotted and a little bit uncomfortable, but for the reasonable price, it was acceptable. We called you and your friends and explained that we needed the balance to be paid before we handed the keys of the property over to you. You reluctanty provided us with credit card details. We explained to you at the time, that we would refund the money to your credit card as soon as you transfer arrived into our clients account. It arrived 4 days into your holiday, the moment we received your transfer, we refunded your credit card. You informed us at the time that you had a great holiday. In order to be helpful to you, as we pride ourselves in offering oustanding customer service, we offered you and your friends the opportunity to leave your luggage in our office, as your flight was not until later that day. You and one of your friends proceeded to shout in our office, disturbing other clients, not something we like. Clearly this behaviour was not acceptable, which is why we asked you to leave the office and withdrew our offer of you leaving your luggage in our office all day. I advise that the next time you book a holiday, you read the booking form, which clearly states that the holiday must be paid for in advance of starting the holiday.
