If you miss the instructions, it'll take an extra 30+ mins to get to Play Granada. I wanted to experience the grandeur of Alhambra at my own pace without feeling rushed. However, if you're planning to rely on the audioguide Play Granada provides... DON'T. Play Granada's online QR audio system relies on internet connection, which makes it pretty useless since you won't get much of a signal at Alhambra. If you still decide to book despite the poor reviews... make sure to bring your own headphones. Note: Ticket does NOT include entry to the Nasrid Palaces or a live guide

They wouldn't accommodate us in any way. We went to the attraction looking for the group and called them a million times with no answer and finally contacted them via text on WhatsApp. Explained we missed the meet up and if they could email or message the facility and they wouldn't do a fucking thing. Completely rude and unsympathetic IF YOU USE THESE DICKHEADS YOU WILL REGRET IT

We did two tours with Cicerone tours, and both were wonderful. The first is the "Essential Must Do…read moreof Granada," and the second is the "Evening Albaicin and Sacromente Tour." I highly recommend both. You cannot choose your tour guide, but if you were able to, I would highly recommend Senne. Don't be fooled by Senne's young appearance. This young man can recite the history of Granada and answer all kinds of difficult questions. What I really appreciated about Senne is how he is able to connect all of the stories together and give you a comprehensive view of all of the tours you may have taken even outside Granada. Going back to the tours, the Essential Must Do tour gives you an overall glimpse of all important areas in Granada so that you know where to go deeper on your own. As for the evening tour, you get a beautiful view of the nighttime view of Alhambra as well as see the interesting "cave" house of the Gypsies.

I really liked the fact that she allowed my partner Jerry to discuss his passion for plants and landscaping with her....walking through the gardens of the generalife was amazing and she was great in discussing all types of plants and garden styles with Jerry. I recommend cicerone and Lucia to anyone who wants to tour an amazing city and learn while having a fantastic time! You won't regret it!

Hi John Keo Walking Tours, It seems that you deleted my last…read morecomment and blocked my account.. Not to worry! I can keep making new accounts and reiterating the problem I have with you employee/son until the problem is solved. I will also be taking this problem as far as my nerja.com, yelp & google reviews. Where would you like me to start? Your son/employee (Listed as per official website) owes me 300 euro for a DRUG debt which he is too cowardly to try and resolve himself. He hid, ducked and dodged my calls and attempts to sort this problem in a civil manor until he was confronted in person where he SHAT HIMSELF and threw himself behind two females who have no involvment in the situation and hid like the little yellowbelly PUSSY that he is! From this postion he threatened to STAB me. I know this sounds funny as the 60kilo (at absolute most) scrawny bag of bones probably wouldn't have the strength to raise a knife nevermind the balls to actually use one! I wonder where he learned this 'cowardly run away from your problems behaviour'? Could it have possibly been from the person who should have raised him to be a man and face his problems head on? Or the person who abondoned his physically handicapped son to be homeless in Dublin moving from shelter to shelter? Quite sad really. Unfortunately he still owes €300 and will be harshly punished the next time he is confronted in person and left fighting for his life. If the money is debt is cleared then everyone can move on. If not then it's only a matter of time before young Thomas gets what's coming to him. This all could have been avoided if Thomas played ball since day one which he didn't even have the guts to make an attempt at. You already have my email address as I've tried to privately contact you on numerous occasions. You have ignored my simple request more than once so until something is done this saga will continue...

We started with the Virtual immersive experience which was about 15 minutes. It was a good introduction going back 35,000 years before our Tour. The sinkhole leading to the Caves was discovered by four friends in 1959. One way path for the Audio Guided tour. About an hour to walk through and be prepared for a good amount of stairs throughout. Temperature was mid to upper 60s Fahrenheit. So a light jacket or sweater is good to have. Breathtaking stroll when you consider the various columns (billed to have the biggest Cave columns in the world) and the cave has been around for 40,000 years. The Lady that was in the Virtual Experience area was very helpful and engaged. The amount and shapes of the Speleothems are amazing. Most definitely worth a visit and would highly recommend.

Just a very very cool experience and thing to see. Also included in your ticket is the Virtual Reality movie which takes you in the caves that are off limits to visitors. Also very cool If you are in the vicinity, definitely pay the caves a visit. Good for all ages and fascinating. The little tourist train from Nerja will take you to the caves if you do not have a car.
