Rachelle and Shaun were the amazing hosts of our wedding. They truly made it sound spectacular and were exceedingly easy to work with. We got married in the woods in Eastern Fresno County and they managed the logistics of an out of the way wedding with ease. We paid Rachelle extra to learn a special song for our ceremony, and she knocked that out of the park. They helped us build a timeline (and stuck to it), nailed the playlists, and overall made our wedding sound great. Absolutely love Rachelle and Shaun! They were our wedding videographers and they were so great. Super communicative, chill, and friendly. Instead of covering the whole video with generic acoustic background music except a few tidbits of ceremony vows, their videos included a lot of high quality recording of friend/family toasts, ceremony vows, and just background sounds that made their videos feel much more personal. When the DJ initially set up toasts in a dimly lit and awkward space, Rachelle and Shaun took the initiative to move our toasts to a much better location and set up their own lighting to make the toasts much better. They were also very accommodating with all my requests, such as sending over raw footage from the wedding within a few weeks of the wedding. We haven't gotten the full video back yet, but the raw footage already look amazing! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for DJ or videographer services! read more

Going into the wedding planning process, we felt apprehensive about picking a DJ - this can be a total make or break for a wedding. From the first time we met with Shaun we had a great feeling about Toasts & Bells and felt like we would be in good hands with Shaun and Rachelle. The planning process was easy and went smoothly, and everything on wedding day was PERFECT - absolutely flawless execution for the ceremony and special songs, incredible performance by Rachelle during dinner, and the best DJing ever by Shaun for the dance party. We received SO many compliments about Rachelle's beautiful singing and about how fun the party was, and Shaun kept the dance floor packed all night. Our venue coordinator commented she's never seen so many people dancing at the end of the night, and a number of people commented how good Shaun was at reading the crowd. Our only regret is that we don't live in the Central Valley so I don't know when we'd be able to hire them again :( read more

We hired Toasts and Bells for our wedding on August 2016. Shaun and Rachel were great to work with! This review is long overdue and I wish them success in their business; they deserve a stellar review. So here it is. For those interested, the planning process included a few conference calls for logistics. We even completed a survey to let Shaun know our taste in music. Pretty standard stuff... he compiled a list and did a solid job. During the wedding, he did a great job of engaging the audience with his music choice. Standard stuff aside-- Now I need to mention what made Toasts and Bells unique (the main reason why you should choose them for a wedding). The wife and I are huge fans of concerts and live music. We sampled some of Rachel's songs on YouTube and were drawn in. So Rachel sang at our wedding and it was AWESOME. She even sang for our first dance. Everyone loved her and we had so many compliments. In addition, I (the groom) collaborated with Rachel to perform a song. She made me feel comfortable and gave me the courage to do it. Now I'm famous for it. We were so lucky that they were available during our weekend, as I have always loved and admired their work. Highest praise goes out to Toast and Bells! They are Absolutely the best DJ and vocalist team out there!!!. My daughter stumbled onto them while searching for music for her wedding in Arroyo Grande 2015. With so many details to attend to she wasn't quite sure which direction she wanted to go in. Once she and her fiancee' read the webpage and heard live recordings of musician, Rachelle's, voice they were both sold. Shaun, the DJ, was very welcoming on the phone and in email and Rachelle gave us a live performance demo via Skype .WOW is all I can say about her talent as she is an Awesome musician. While her voice can be soft and soothing like an angel she can also turn around and get that sultry thing going on. Shaun is wonderful as an MC. His knowledge and skill level on how to mix up different genres definitely knows how to get the crowd dancing and having fun. To this day our friends and family are still talking about these two and how they enjoyed their style. Another cool fact is that though they are based out of Visalia they travel all over the central coast and I'm sure beyond. They are awesome with special requests and impromptu changes. Their easy go with the flow professional style was so very appreciated. Customer service is big to me and I found these two to be prompt and gracious at all times Not only were they super accommodating while working on the song requests, and the many inquiries we had during the planning stages, they were the absolute best during the actual wedding day from start to finish. We hired Toasts and Bells for DJ and videography services for our wedding in July. I also attended another wedding prior to mine with Shaun as the DJ. Both of the very different crowds were dancing all night long. he even was great with the constant requests from my friends throughout the reception. My wedding video came out PERFECT!
