Have you ever been put in charge of ordering swag for a team?…read more You work with an incredible business owner, go through mockups, tweak the design, and end up with a spectacular product. The whole process is seamless and honestly kind of fun. Then you distribute the swag... and *that one parent* appears. You know the one. The person who finds a tiny string out of place or thinks the color is bright--but not quite bright *enough*. The same person who didn't help with the process, didn't approve the design, and didn't even pay for it... but suddenly that microscopic detail becomes the hill they're willing to die on. Well, here's the good part: when you work with The Creative Promo, they actually stand behind their work. Personally, if I were Jose, I might have gone with "Suck it up, Buttercup." But Jose didn't. He made sure the issue was addressed and that everyone was happy with the final product. That's the kind of service you don't forget. Highly recommend The Creative Promo. Do *not* recommend being in charge of ordering swag for a youth team.

My request…read morewas not for a headstone or for cemetery repair, it was for a stone obelisk that I had picked up some years ago. My son was graduating from Fresno State and I wanted to commemorate his accomplishment with a graduation message on the stone. I went to many trophy shops and they said they didn't do the work. I thought I'd check with Beer Monuments. When I went to their office in Fresno, the representative said they normally wouldn't do work on small objects but would check with the owner. The owner came out, looked at the obelisk and asked me what it was for. I told him it was going to be a gift for my son who was graduating from Fresno State. He looked at the stone, and said he'd make an exception since it was a Fresno State Graduation present for someone who was alive. The work was exceptional and amazing. My son and family were incredibly impressed when I presented it to him. My thanks to the owner and staff of Beer Monuments. They were professional, gracious and friendly.
