The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas. I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help. He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me! And it was a lot! Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him.
