Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and Rick was punctual in meeting me about my roof. After a review, he advised me that a replacement wouldnt be necessary, as the condition of the roof was expected for a roof of 12 years. There were no shenanigans to try to sell me on a replacement or costly repairs, which is refreshing as couple of inspectors had made the roof appear to be an urgent matter. I will be reaching out to this company for the roof inevitable replacement (which I hope is 5 to 10 years from now. Fingers crossed).

The bad was that no insulation was put under the roof and we had to have them come out remove new roof put insulation under the metal-roof at end of summer 2025. The heat in House could not be cooled off in summer. All of that , still was ok and worked out. The first big rain at end of November revealed several leaks so again he sent roofers and they fixed leaks. The problem or bad thing is that when those last leaks were fixed I pulled up to my house noticing that it was not a " pretty" job. The roof looked unsymmetrical. The gutter guards were not replaced properly over gutters. The men extended them to the roof creating an unsightly appearance.The repair did not extend over the area that we were told it would. My husband has been calling since January to see when they were going to come back and fix that . After many excuses as to why they didn't show up , phone calls have stopped being returned, there are also about 4-5 two by tens laying on the side of my house since January. So we started off good but we are now in mid April , I have to go move the mess the roofers left so I can cut the grass. My husband is disabled and cannot .
