While the individual employee responsible no longer works at the firm, Huddleston as a business refused to take ANY responsibility for their negligence. When I tried to request a fair settlement from Huddleston--such as receiving a partial refund for the amount I paid for their tax services given that they failed to fulfill their duties--they stopped responding to my messages. When you trust a business with something as important as your financials, you deserve better, and as a fellow small business owner, I am incredibly disappointed in Huddleston CPAs.

He was very informative, nice and friendly. I was advised to gather all the information that's needed and to come back. When I came back to file the business and personal tax. She also had her boots off and it smelled bad in the office. She made me wait for a long time for no reason and I still maintained enough patience to continue with my taxes. After watching her palm my tax papers with her food covered hands and negligence I said I am sorry but I have to take my taxes somewhere else. I grabbed my papers and walked out of that office. I stepped out and looked across the street and saw a sign that said Sam's Income Tax. I walked across the street and entered into the Sam's Income Tax office. I sat down there, had my taxes completed by tax professionals in a quality and timely manner. I have taken my taxes to Sam's Income Tax every year since then and I trust the professionals that work there. Every year I see the same faces and they are always eager to teach me about financial success and money methods. I went to their new location at Factoria mall, this year, and it was a nice location with great parking and the same great service I have received from Sam's Income Tax for the past 20 years!

I was delightfully reminded today when I received an email for SOMEONE ELSE'S TAX RETURN for the SECOND TIME THIS YEAR. Yes, you read that right, this is the second time they have emailed me about someone else's refund/information/ect. My experience in 2018 is still being passed around my family & friend group because it's so unbelievable. I had my first big year (2017) of basically full time-freelance money on top of my full-time job, so I thought I would seek a professional's help. I was super organized with passing off/organizing my paperwork & expenses, but was greeted with 21 questions/judgement on why I "did hire an employee to manage all my stuff" (again, my first and only year I have done that much work) I stuck it out with her office though and was transferred to a really nice man who put my return together. After I sent a payment to the IRS because I owed, I was NEVER invited in to go over my return in person or sent my return paperwork via mail. The only contact I received after payment was 2 notifications saying they needed to "extend" my return. As time went on, I was planning a wedding, and grabbing my return copies completely slipped my mind... Until 2019, when I decided to do my taxes with my husband. We found out that my taxes that I hired Cindy to do WERE NEVER FILED. The IRS told me to file a complaint. I called Cindy's office multiple times, leaving multiple messages asking for my return & what happened...she NEVER returned my call. I finally got ahold of her and she was extremely angry and rude on that phone claiming "she was too busy to deal with this and would look into finding my paperwork later". A month went by, as tax season came to almost an end, and I was able to reach the lady at the front desk who seemed embarrassed by the whole situation and pulled my paperwork within 30 minutes. I drove up to the office, where Cindy greeted me with my paperwork acting like nothing was wrong. You know, I was only picking up my 2017 tax return paperwork in 2019 that was never filed. No acknowledgement... There is no excuse she could use for this experience. If I could give 0-stars I would. I am sad I didn't pass this information on sooner, but thanks to an email meant for someone else - I was able to write my review.

After giving them my business, waiting two weeks, I was told that they could not. Also, afterwards I was told you could no longer get returns from taxes more than three years old. Every tax firm in the city of Billings told me this except for the ones doing my taxes. I had to call them and tell them. Alla very well knew this rule but did not tell me and allowed me to believe I was getting it all back. When confronted he is just like a con man talking circles trying to avoid and blame. I also requested that advanced child tax credit payments from 2021 be requested as mine were stolen. He requested a stimulus payment in the amount of $2700 , not three $400 child tax credit check payments. I would get a return of $4000. After everything I ended up paying $600 to file the returns with a promise of getting 4000 back. Obviously, since the wrong thing was marked, the IRS changed the return and I got back $83. I did not get my missing child tax credit checks and Alla tried to talk his way out of it. Even went as far as to tell me I told him to . He dod nothing wrong! Why the hell would I tell anyone to do my taxes wrong? I know the difference between a stimulus payment and an advanced child tax credit payment And my tax related should too. Why would I tell them to mark the wrong thing so that I end up with nothing. I do not appreciate his dishonest worm like behavior and could've done without this whole experience. I demanded a refund as I would've never paid $600 to file taxes that I was not getting a return back on. These were old taxes I did not have to. He refused and offered $300 blaming me for their mistake..he did not make a mistake and refused to be realistic. most frustrating experience I've ever had with tax preparer,
