Some of the fries were a little soggy, but it was nothing a little pepper and vinegar (white, not malt; is that a regional thing?) couldn't fix. Also, their tartar sauce comes in plastic cups, and annoyingly small ones at that. They could whip up their own in five minutes or less, and save us the trouble of trying to tear off those little foil lids. Despite some minor issues, this was the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. I don't know when (or if) I'll return to Canada, so if not, I'll dream about that fish.
