Unfortunately, I was forced to use this location yesterday as a last resort after my initial reservation fell through. I rent from U-Haul weekly and have never encountered such disgusting, aggressive behavior. Robert is incredibly hostile, interrogates customers, and demanded to know what I was hauling. He literally yelled in my face, "I can speak over you!" and ultimately refused my rental out of spite because I asked why he questions what I will be hauling every time I come to his store. To put the cherry on top of his power trip, he actually called the Sheriff's Department on us. No other U-Haul representative has EVER asked me these questions in the two years I have used this company. He is an aggressive power-tripper who should not be working with the public, especially women. I will be escalating this with corporate to the fullest extent. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have rented a U-Haul truck at this location before and just as last time, this time we had…read moreabsolutely no problems. Scrap that, we did have a little bit of a discrepancy with the gas they marked the truck having versus the amount of gas the truck actually did have. But you cannot get something like that past my husband and he was able to get it fix it right away. We are not moving or anything we just wanted a truck to pick up some doors I order at Home Depot and other building materials that would have been too bulky for just a pick up, and Home Depot's truck rental is by the hour and there was absolutely no way we would've been able to get everything we needed in that little bit of time, so this worked out great. We actually kept the truck until the next day and bought some more stuff we needed in the morning. And a grand total was under $50. They have a lot of trucks. Chances are you will find what do you need available, and they also have a storage facility on the premises which I was told to tell everyone I know that the first month is free LOL The lady who helped us the day of the rental was very helpful, very informative,and very nice. It was a painless process. I am definitely using this U-Haul rental again

my wife rented one of Tim's rv's for me for Fourth of July. At first i was a little nervous…read morebecause ive never towed anything that big with my truck. we got the 31.5ft long Elite camper i asked Tim if it was possible to take it for a test drive,he was more than happy to help us out with that. we met up and hooked up my f150 and took the camper for a drive in the city and the highway. when we took the rv Tim help me install the stabilizer bars on my truck which made the 5 hr ride up to Anastasia State park a whole lot smoother and safe for me and my family. Tim was also there every time we called for the smallest and most annoying questions we had. He helped me out over the phone when we were heading back on how to properly hook up the trailer and stabilizer bars. i would have never gotten any kind of help like that with one of the big rv rental spots ,the one on one with Tim everytime we needed him was priceless!! i highly recommend Tim's Rv's if you plan on renting a camper!! My husband was nervous to drive the 30 foot camper to St. Augustine and Tim was kind enough to take him for a test drive prior to the trip to make sure he was comfortable. He took his time showing us how everything worked, he answered all our annoying calls during the trip if we weren't sure how something worked and always with an eager to help us attitude.
