She rushed the wax. My skin teared. My skin was more irritated than it had ever been in previous wax sessions there. She didn't let the wax sit, she was trying to rip it off while it was still very wet on my hair which made the process feel rushed. She went over and over the same spots more than three or four times which caused my skin to tear and I have multiple cuts and chaffing in the area I was waxed. I had a Brazilian done. I'm very uncomfortable and I'm in pain. Aside from the wax; when checking out- I had a wax package through European wax which apparently was "canceled" when I signed up for it over the summer and no one cared to inform me that it had been canceled.
