I've been a loyal customer for about two years and have followed this groomer through multiple moves because I trusted the care Pearl received. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. This was Pearl's first grooming appointment since losing her companion, Mozart, so I knew she would already be anxious. She was only scheduled for a bath and nail trim, which I expected to take around an hour. Instead, she was there for over three and a half hours. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but what was disappointing was the complete lack of communication. If I had canceled my appointment, I would have been charged a cancellation fee, yet I wasn't given the courtesy of a phone call to let me know they were running so far behind. When I picked Pearl up, she still smelled dirty and was covered in loose hair. I brushed her as soon as we got home and removed an unbelievable amount of hair. Even after two weeks, she still smelled unpleasant, to the point that I ended up giving her another bath myself. The amount of hair that came off during her bath made me question whether she had actually been washed and brushed thoroughly. I also noticed that the hair around her paw pads hadn't even been trimmed, which is something I expect to be addressed during a grooming appointment. It left me feeling like the service was rushed or incomplete. I understand that large or heavily soiled dogs can require extra time and attention, but appointments should either be scheduled accordingly or customers should be kept informed if significant delays occur. An apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely hope the communication and quality of service improve. I had been happy enough to remain a customer for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. read more

Specialties

Hi, I’m Torii, the owner, lead groomer, and proud heart behind TNT Pet Grooming! With eight years of grooming experience, a background in veterinary medicine, and training to become a Master Groomer, I’m committed to making every pup look and feel their absolute best. TNT Pet Grooming was born from a dream shared with my best friend, Teri, who was my partner in this journey until she sadly passed away. This business is my way of honoring her memory and continuing the love we both had for animals. Every pet I groom carries a little piece of that dream forward. I’m also a mom of five, so juggling chaos with a smile is second nature to me. Running a business, raising a family, and caring for your pets is a full plate—but I wouldn’t have it any other way! TNT Pet Grooming is more than just a shop; it’s a place where pets get the care, comfort, and attention they deserve. Being community-focused is at the heart of what I do. I love building relationships with pets and their owners, making sure every visit is a positive experience. Whether your pup needs a simple bath, a fresh trim, or a full-on glow-up, I’m here to help with skill, passion, and a whole lot of love. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend—come see us at TNT Pet Grooming!

The woman who was actually walking my dog had been not been given any of the instructions about my dog and did not show up when I had asked (she didn't know this either). I was furious and very concerned. I called the owner who chewed me out. I fired them and she refused to refund me all of the remaining money and I was very concerned that they had a copy of my house key (I got it back but I was still very worried after this woman's irratic behavior.)
