We have been members for that last 6+ years (and have been part of other dojos in the past for some comparisons). It has given my children increased confidence and self esteem that would not have been possible without the amazing instructors and staff at DMA. The lessons they have taught my kids have really helped them grow. They not only teach the physical aspects of martial arts, but principles and thought leadership behind it. It has had an amazing impact on the students. We are also part of their Leadership program which teaches how to connect with people in a meaningful way, bring out the best in our students and become leaders themselves. As a parent, and seasoned leader for decades, have found great value from our sensei's leadership program. I have found lifelong friends, incredible motivation to stay active and healthy, and motivation to keep pursing black belt excellence. I cannot speak highly enough of the positive impact that Dynamic Martial Arts has had on my family's lives.

We were able to try Dynamic Martial Arts for 3 sessions before we committed to anything. We wanted to be sure our son liked it, but we also wanted to make sure it was worth the money for a regular membership. My son got along really well with the instructor in his initial sessions. We decided to keep coming back. This dojo charges $80/mo for its instruction. Let me assure you, Sensei Jon Davis created an awesome youth program for the Little Dragons and my son couldn't be happier. The staff is always on time and they offer make up sessions if your schedule doesn't allow for attending your regular class (gotta love flexibility). The environment is always clean and organized. There is a little commotion from the zumba class next door, but it hardly seems like a distraction due to the incredible teaching skills of Sensei Davis and his staff. I can't say enough good things about this dojo. The hard work and dedication to the art is obvious and you can't help but feel great respect for the traditions of karate. I can't comment on any other practices of this dojo except the youth program (Little Dragons). They do have much more to offer so if you're interested in this sort of thing, stop in and you will be greeted with a friendly face. ~ strik9

I've never felt intimidated by anyone, and there is always a very diverse mix of people using the gym at any time. The best part about this gym is the personal training staff. I was extremely nervous and experienced a lot of anxiety about seeing a trainer, since I've never been a very healthy/athletic individual. I started training with Steve about two months ago, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is extremely friendly and put me at ease within the first few minutes of meeting him. I can tell he is very compassionate about his job, and he takes the health and well-being of his clients very seriously. His enthusiasm keeps me going, even when I really just want to quit and never come back. He's very patient and is never condescending, which is something pop culture had led me to believe was impossible to find in a trainer. I'm happy to report that I look forward to going to the gym, and I miss it when I can't go, which is something I never thought I could accomplish. The only reason I cannot give this gym 5 stars is because of the cost. It's definitely not cheap for what it is, and for the price I pay per month, I could probably get a membership at a much larger gym with a pool, sauna, and unlimited free group fitness classes. But the location and hours couldn't be beat for my situation.

Like to vacation for 6 months and they won't let us, limited to 2 months vacation now. And they think they can demand a 30 day notice to quit. I never any contract for that... So they have another think coming if I quit. Elliptical machine that was broke before they bought the place is still broken.
