What an amazing experience! We were dreading cleaning out an attic that held generations of…read moreunnecessary and unneeded stuff. We had some items that we weren't quite sure how they made it up in the attic in the first place due to their size and weight, let alone how we were going to get them down. After weeks of going back and forth on potential options we reached out to Bison Dump through their email contact form. They were quick to respond and set a time for removal of the items we listed, when our pile grew they replied that it wouldn't be a problem at all. Not knowing exactly how much our pile had grown, and knowing they had a collection after ours, they arrived a half hour early and asked if they could get started a little early. They had everything out, loaded and areas swept within an hour. 100 percent would call on them again.

Daniel wasted our time and money! He was called for an emergency water leak / forced remodel--…read moreMajor delays because of this man and his shoddy service. He proceeded to perform mitigation. Or so we thought he did. We have to get additional mitigation out to correct his elementary work. There was a lot of moisture in the areas he claims to have mitigated. Please note: He falsely advertises he is licensed on Angi's list. Our discovery of his inexperience showed Daniel had an expired CCB license for over a year. He ripped us off and did not do the job he was hired for. There's a reason he has older reviews and nothing within the last four years. I advise anyone who comes across this review to look elsewhere. He will harass you nightly over the phone or for nothing at all. He will also reinforce his "customer service" and perform at a poor/mediocre level of service. Do not trust a word this man says. His "25 years of experience" claims are far from the truth. He will waste your time, money, and patience.

The carpet is 25 years old, white, and for the most part, looks like new. The gentleman moved my couch and some of the incidentals.
