This is our second, and most definitely not our last, time using TNT Carpet Care! Wow, phenomenal work from this company. We opted to use them again based on the fact that the carpet cleaning felt scrubbed and completely refreshed - not just aesthetically clean. Our carpets look and smell NEW! Thank you, TNT Carpet Care. read more

I have owned my home for 25 years and have tried and more than a handful of professional carpet cleaners over the years. I stayed true to one or 2, but haven't been impressed for awhile. I heard about TNT Carpet Services through our neighborhood network. Troy confirmed our appointment and arrived ready and willing to work on my carpeted areas and our tile. He committed the majority of his entire day paying attention to detail and explaining his work. Before leaving, he made sure I was completely satisfied. Troy's demeanor was professional yet personable. I absolutely will be asking for his services next time. read more

Could not have gone better. Troy notified me when he was on the way, right on time. He removed two years of dog and dirt from our rug. Looks good as new. And a fair price too. read more

I think this picture speaks for itself. I just bought my first place and thought I might have to replace the carpets. I am very thankful for TNTs great work. I absolutely recommend Troy. He is responsible, reliable and a nice guy. read more

AC installers got some sticky tape stuck in carpet. AC company wanted to make it right and suggested TNT come out and look and try and fix it. AC company advised probably needed to be cut out and replaced and I was not keen on that based on location and wear pattern. Troy from TNT came, inspected. He understood my concern about replacement of the spots with carpet remnants. And told me his plan starting from the least invasive/strength stuff and worked to a good cleaner. Did a great job. Kept me informed. Great communication, nice guy, local area company, wore his mask at all times, took care of my problem. Professional and friendly attitude. Great service and I will use when time to do other carpet cleaning or repairs. read more

TNT Carpet Clare...the name is fitting. Troy is dynamite! Our landlord uses Troy all the time, and I can see why. He's professional and damn, I can easily mistake the carpet for a baby polar bear's bottom--it's that soft and clean! It's obvious Troy knows his stuff and he's not afraid to get on his hands and knees (he even moved the furniture around to better clean!) If you're on the fence about TNT Carpet Care, don't be! You'll be walking around on carpets so clean and soft, you'd swear the Snuggle bear was massaging your toes! read more

Got his info from neighbors who have used his services. Clear communication from start to finish. Confirmation of appointment, when he was on his way. I hired him to clean the RV carpet and couch which was, well, nasty from bratty pets and bad parents lol. Showed up timely, no judgement on carpet, lol, he simply explained my options, his process and got straight to work. He did an awesome job, even cleaned the linoleum floors and rubber landing steps. Affordable, efficient, a great guy. Call Troy, you wont be let down. read more

My former carpet cleaner, who is no longer doing residential, referred me to Troy. He did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. We have had multiple homes over the past 40 years using various carpet cleaners. This is the best carpet cleaning company we have ever had. read more

I've used other carpet cleaning services. I got mediocre service with Stanley Steemers, so I went to find a new carpet cleaner. I saw a lot of good reviews for TNT Carpet Care so I decided to give them a try. I called, and Troy answered. He was a really nice guy and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He showed up the next day and seemed genuinely happy about his job (something I hadn't seen with other cleaners) A couple of days after he came out and I must say was some of the best service ever. He moved a lot of furniture and just told me to relax. He was extremely thorough and made sure that I had nothing to worry about. I must say that I'll never go anywhere else. Troy is the owner and you can tell he takes extreme pride in his work. read more

TNT squeezed us into his day on last minute notice. He was punctual, professional, and didn't gouge us on price. I will use him again for sure! read more

We had had our apartment's old dingy brown wall to wall carpet cleaned a year ago by another firm and were never satisfied. Troy discussed the job with us & offered a fair price. Both we and Troy felt that this carpet would need replacing before the apartment is rented again, but we were tired of looking at the dirt. He arrived promptly at the agreed date and time. I used to clean carpets professionally and had never seen the type of machine Troy uses, which is way beyond the usual steam wand/vacuum. When he was done it looked noticeably better. After a day or two we saw that the living room was still not as clean as places in the apartment that don't get much traffic. But he came back and re-cleaned the living room and spent extra time going over it. WOW! It really looks clean now and we are completely satisfied. Great job, great service. read more

Had an appointment for them to come on wednesday morning. Troy called me on the monday prior and said that he came by on the weekend and decided that they didnt want to work in our neighborhood! I can't express how satisfied we are TNT is the carpet god made our awful carpets look new Thank you Troy I wish I could give 10 stars

Some people think carpet cleaners are all the same.....well they are not. Troy at TNT did an excellent job at my home. He took his time and made sure to clean every inch of my carpet. I was thoroughly impressed. There were a few stains on the stairs that were completely gone when Troy got done. I couldn't even find where they were before. I own several rental properties and have had to use carpet cleaners in the past. they did an ok job, but if I was going to live there I would want it a little better. I found the best that I'll use for my house, hands down! In my opinion there is no reason to try anyone else. Thanks Troy. I am a guaranteed repeat customer. read more

Troy did an amazing job on my tile and carpet. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was nice on the phone, gave me an accurate quote, and showed up on time. He owns the business and does the work himself and his pride in his work was nice to see. He got out a stain that hadn't come out with previous carpet cleaning. It's great to have an expert instead of someone paid hourly by a larger company. I was very happy with him and will use him again in the future. read more
