The good... they are in a nice location and have a good inventory. The bad... they seem a little standoff about when it comes to which type of airsoft g_n you have and if you have HPA or not. Amazing service and Tony was very welcoming on educating me in the knowledge or the process of tech work for guns. I had brought in an LCT AK105 and just wanted essentially the whole nine yards for indoor fields which i play at in antioch. i've had another weapon worked on by another larger corporate store that may or may not be in the same area as the field i play at and it was a nightmare, very long wait, having to call them before they could even start to work on my gun and in the end i was not fully satisfied. Tony was none of this and even offered me to shoot my gun in the indoor range upon pick up and i must say. comparing the sound of my gun to the old one it sounds way better. on top of that he had also let me know that with any tech work done there is a 45 days to come back and have it looked at again. if i have anything else i want worked on i'll be going with him. read more

My 13year old son wanted to get into airsoft. This is the second store we have approached. The people here made you feel part of the community. Explained how everything worked and how to be safe. While I was amazed looking at guns they whet explaining everything to my wife. Safety first. My son even asked to feel "getting hit". Which we even recorded. Lol. Great guys and great atmosphere. When I told the owner that I was struggling Financially he somehow found us used items that didn't look used. I was looking forward in visiting my first air-soft supply store, I kept up with the shops Facebook page as well as the videos they had posted just to get an idea of what they had in stock and how the store was laid out. Was greeted with poor customer service, Employees weren't even wearing masks and I felt as though we were being rushed. the first time I went to Tnt was in the middle of a day at CQB city. when I went in I was looking to get my hi capa fixed up because I needed a new loading nozzle because mine had been broken. i was looking also for some oil. when we got to the store i gave them my hi capa and then they acted like everything was wrong with my gun when in reality it just needed oil and the loading nozzle. Mind you i just get really creepy and weird vibes from all the workers they all mumble to themselves and it made me feel uncomrtable. i finally gave them my gun they said that it will take 30min to 1hour to put A LOADING NOZZLE IN i asked them why it would take so long they responded with saturdays our busyest day when it was only me my friend and 1 other customer. i said ok we wait it adds up to 80$?? i take the gun to cqb city it was working ok then i used it another week to another field and i was talking to another friend who happens to be a really good tech on hi capas i start shooting the pistol and the bbs are going straight for 10 feet and drop when the hopup is all the way up. he tells me that whoever worked on this did it wrong because the i key was upside down and get this he said he has no clue how it got in there but it was a different blowback housing not even tokyo marui! my gun continued to shoot and the bbs just drop right out of it, only going back for my refund. I was educated on how to better maintain my rig, to minimize breakdowns. They were responsive to my requests, and made upgrades to the gun on the spot. Came inside to buy some ammo for my gat last week. Was greeted by a maskless Vic Mackey probably the owner and another maskless sidekick. Asked about the ammo and they bombarded me with questions about what gat I had and if I knew what ammo I actually needed. Told them I've shot plenty of beer cans on the streets of Lodi for many years (they didn't laugh) and the ammo I picked out will do just fine. read more

I went to this store this morning to replace a battery I bought in Rancho Cordova for my sons gun that had a bad plug. He was down the road at CQB and didn't have a spare battery so he he needed a new one so he could play. Instead of selling me a new $25 battery, the owner put a new plug (Deans) on the battery and made an adapter (Deans to tamyia) to fit my sons gun for a VERY cheap amount. A couple of weeks back I went to TNT to look for some gun parts, and stated I will be playing at CQB City . After I mentioned CQB, the owner of the store asked me to leave. I would not recommend coming to this shop if you are a new comer. As for the owner, you need to change your attitude and fix the way you treat customers. Apparently mentioning a field within a 10 mile radius was enough for the Owner to want to kick me out. Overall a terrible experience with racist owners. I will not be coming back. read more

Two grumpy old dudes runs the store. They know some airsoft knowledge but too self absorbed to accept their ignorance when called out. Both grumpy buffoons also recommends stuff you do not need and just throws airsoft part words at customers to show if they have some knowledge. This place is the worst place to get airsoft gears. I went to this business all the way from Sacramento with my family two times within the last two months. The first time the man in the beard was very rude to us and made it very hard to approach. Literally while we were there three more people came in (Caucasian) and he changed his demeanor and the way he spoke in comparison. I though that maybe I was over thinking it so we went a second time. The second time was worst, when I walked in he did not even greet me and when I inquired about some products he tried to sell me used products almost equal to that if it was brand new. My family walked in and he began talking trash about us like we could not hear so I left. Little did he know that I had a friend who went a little while after us and he said was basically bad mouthing us to him. The thing that I am wondering is why would anyone treat paying customers this way? People of the airsoft community keep small business owners such as these open. I could of easily ordered everything online for $5 less than they sell their products. Not to mention they had mouth CQB City as much as they can. Not worth your time. read more

Just walked into TNT to check it out. Was standing in front of the counter to get some tracer rounds. But was never greeted or acknowledged. The owner was standing there watching TV and so got tired of standing there so I left. Terrible customer service and that store does not have anything worth driving over there for. Rather take the longer drive to Rancho and go to AEX. They have a lot more equipment and guns and they acknowledge their customers. Will never go back there. Would never recommended to anyone to shop here. I wish I could leave zero stars but I am unable. read more
