I requested a free QUOTE from their website in 2024 as I was shopping around for a cleaning service for my mom. I ended up going with another service. This company called me a couple times right away and I didn't return the calls so you would think they wouldn't continue to reach out. WRONG. They called me so many times throughout the next YEAR that I ended up having to block their number. It is now 2026 and I just received a call from them today from a slightly different number! That's just crazy!!!

We initially hired Pristine Clean because they quoted us a very competitive rate…read more The quote was for 2 cleaners to take 1.5 hours. Instead 3 people showed up (which was a more expensive hourly rate) and took 1.5 hours. The team did a fine job cleaning the apartment, but we have had better cleaning services. We were then charged over 50% more than we were quoted which is completely unacceptable. If you are going to hire Pristine make sure you are very clear with them, because if you are not they will take advantage of you.

I hired this company based on Yelp reviews. I should have looked closer...they have 5 stars, but…read moreonly 2 reviews. I was very disappointed. I hired them for a move-out clean up in a 2br apartment. This was a place that my boyfriend and I lived in, I moved out several months before he did. He was a horrible slob, and the apartment was in my name, so I had to have it cleaned since he never did. I booked the appointment a month in advance and specifically said FOCUS on the bathroom. It was a horrible wreck. I told them the tub was textured and I couldn't get it clean They said no problem. The rest of the apartment was EMPTY. No furniture to clean, and I had vacuumed part of it myself. The fridge was empty. The communication with them was great. They confirmed the appointment and touched base a few days ahead. They gave me a time frame and stuck to it. I asked if they would take trash on the patio to the dumpster (about 50 feet away) if I paid extra. They agreed! I wasn't there when the cleaning was done, but they text me after (apparently they were there 4 hours !!!!) and said due to the "extent of my clean" and other jobs booked, they didn't get to the fridge. Uugh. When I arrived, I couldn't believe what I saw. The bath tub was still dirty. They hadn't cleaned off the mildew from the tile. They DID clean off the countertop and mirror, floor. They may have vacuumed...but I still saw debris in the carpet....and the kitchen! OMG. They didn't touch the oven OR the fridge. They cleaned off the countertop, but left some type of blue cleaner in the sink and didn't even rinse it out. By the time I saw it, it was dried in the sink. Oh, and the stuff I asked them to take to the dumpster? They took most of it, but left remnants I had to clear out myself. Charged me $140. I definitely wouldn't hire them again. These are all AFTER photos.

Will definitely hire again! Josh was trustworthy and super good with communication. Cheapest price…read moretoo!

That's happened to me twice now and I figured going back to Craigslist again would just mean it could happen a third time. I looked for "cleaners near me" and was happy to find a company like MaidThis. While you do get assigned a cleaner, they work off a team concept so if your cleaner is ever ill (or decides to skip town) other cleaners have access to the notes for your place so there's no major disruption. Pricing is decent (not the lowest in town) and I've had generally good communications with the owner Jeramie (so glad that people actually pick up the phone!).

First, the team responded to my inquiry promptly and gave me a quote quickly to match. They answered all the questions I had and asked ones I hadn't immediately thought of (e.g., any cleaning products or scents that should be avoided). I appreciate that the team walked me through what a "deep cleaning" entailed vs just saying cleaning for "x hours". We discussed what to expect for each room, pricing for extras, etc. The team did a deep clean of a 2BR 3Bathroom Condo + Living Room, Loft, and Kitchen. Communication was superb! They scheduled, arrived on time, and confirmed the clean with a walk through at the end. And they navigated this all professionally while I was out of town! My family and I were pleased and happy with the service. The value was great and affordable and high quality work. I would definitely seek their services again and recommend them to others!
