This is a movie theater that shows new movies same as other theaters; but these are dubbed or…read moresubtitled in Spanish. It's a great find. Not many other theaters like this in Houston. Pretty neat to come across this. So if yourself, friends, or family are looking for a place to see the newest summer blockbuster in Spanish, this is the place. It's not the fanciest theater. But as I've said in other reviews about theaters, sometimes you don't need all that. Another thing I like is that it's just a few minutes drive from Houston's Chinatown area. So if your bilingual, such as myself, and have family that prefer to watch a movie in Spanish from time to time, and you also love Asian cultures and food, this is a win win situation. Watch your movie in Spanish and head down to a Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away right after.

I was surprised at the turn out this place has, I attended both plays within the "Quintero/Black BOx" theater, and the people that attend are from all walks of life. The actors and the setup is so great they really have talented actors from what I can tell. The 2 plays were "At Home At The Zoo" and "Buy 1 get 5 Free". The first one was more of comical drama about married life... the play itself was interesting and the audience is really attentive and respectful. The second one WAS HILARIOUS, I definitely would not mind seeing this even if it wasn't a requirement for my class. The layout and the ticket office is really professional. The plays are in a brand new building with great lighting. Had me saying "IS THIS REALLY IN UH?" then my thoughts turned to..."OHHH...THIS IS WHERE MY TUITION GOES" lol. All in All it was a great experience and the staff are very kind and helpful. And ooooh weee.... the women there for some reason are so pretty... they are everywhere! especially the Ushers... i felt like getting kicked out so one of them would come over and take me away! lol Definitely a great Date Spot... It's a little confusing now due to construction. Soon a park area will open and there will be direct access to the front of the theater. Seating is roomy and comfortable. There really wouldn't be a bad seat in the house. The stage is recessed which gives it a different look. Definitely not the intimate feel of the Alley. There is also about 300 less seats here than at the Alley so get your tickets while they last!

The manager gave it to me and then explained to me that their point system isn't like chickfilas where they go away after you use them. The points stay on your account and it's basically tiers. Once you get to certain points you get the free drink, then up to the next points you get the free popcorn and so on. My daughter had already used the free drink a while back but since the points don't disappear I thought I still had it. He printed out my history to show me. He helped explain it to me and was very patient and nice. I really appreciated him taking the time bc it got kind of crazy in there with everyone showing up for the movie. He was extremely helpful! Takes me tight back to the theater my mom used to take me to as a kid. The tickets are much cheaper here than the other theaters, the best value is seeing an early matinee because the tickets are only around $8 each. You really can't beat that price. The popcorn and drinks are self serve, so free refills on both. The price is slightly better for that here too than the bigger theaters. The seats here do recline which is a big plus for me. Other than that this is a very basic and cheap way to see new movies. It's never crowded and seats are readily available. And since I'm buying 5 movie tickets pretty much each time, it's really the better option for my family of heathens.

I was a little worried that when I would come out my car may have gotten towed but I was very happy that it was still there when I came out as I wasn't sure if I could park where I did. But back to Classic Theatre Company (abbreviated as CTC henceforth). Last night I went to go see the CTC production of A Doll's House. When I was a junior thespian in high school, I remember reading A Doll's House in my theater arts class. It had made such a positive impact on me that I couldn't wait to go see this production. The lead character was Nora (Torvald's wife) and she was played by a young upcoming actress who literally captivated you the entirety of the play. Although the stage was what you would expect from a small community theater, the way it was produced as well as the acting, I was lost in the play the whole time I was there. Upon entrance the counter is directly in front of you, so there is no way that you can miss the ticket booth. We had purchased our tickets online. There is a discount for students and educators as well as senior citizens and those who are in the theatre industry. The stage is akin to a box theater where you are close to the stage. The only negative I would say was the smell of feet which was due to the fact that the lady behind me took her shoes off. P.U. You shameless heathen. During the intermission you can get concessions like any proper theater. They allow you take those inside. By the end of the second act the house started smelling like a bottle of wine had broken. Everyone left very happy. In my opinion this is a great place to bring your friends, dates, parents, everyone! There is boundless talent here from what I saw last night and I cannot wait to come back. P.S. CTC is in the Chelsea Market so parking is an obvious. Just don't park in areas that specifically reserve the spots for other shops or you will get TOWED!

I've been to a few other than the Pearland location and I can say there is nothing fancy about Premiere. You're not going to get massive theaters with the latest technology, atleast not at this location. This location is located in what I call middle Pearland. It's situated smack dab in the middle of a strip of businesses. It's the closest movie theater to me which makes even more appealing to me. Customer service has always been good for me. There are only six theaters here so usually they play the latest movies to come out. The theaters vary in size. You're not going to get stadium seating here. Just one, flat level of seating. They recently did some remodeling, so there are very comfortable, reclining seats. The sound is what you would expect in a theater like this. You may even hear the movie next door. I do like the concessions here. They have self serve popcorn which is a game changer for me. It always seems fresh to me. The benefits of self serve is that you can butter your popcorn in layers. The soda and icee fountains are self serve as well. As far as I know, refills are included in all that stuff. You also have your typical candy, nachos, and hots dogs as well. Manage your expectations here and you will have a good experience. You can't beat the prices here, and if you're a movie buff like me, that means alot. I will be back.

The theater is always so clean from the counters to the theatre rooms. My favorite things are the seats. They are super comfortable, lean far back, and each seat has its own table for snacks and drinks. The heated seats are why I like coming back. I bring a blanket everytime since I am alway cold and it's been great. I enjoy going to the movies occasionally now at this theater!
