She can come across as intimidating to those expecting the traditional "warm and emotional female". She is simply direct and practical; she is extremely effective and good at her job. It's business and I appreciated that. My advice for any potential or current tenant is to communicate early and often. Communicate clearly and ask for what you want. When I didn't get the answer I wanted, I gathered more information and spoke with her again. We were always able to resolve any issue that came up over the 7 year period. Again, she is running a business representing her homeowner clients.
