But after praying over it, my wife and I felt that Terrence and TM5 was the right company to give our business.

Rather than represent my interests and help me buy an investment, he immediately referred me to one of his own listings. He was not initially transparent about it and I had to ask him to clarify. Nonetheless, I did like it and thought it was great so I asked him to write up the offer. After weeks of waiting, back-and-forth, and document preparation (the documents he sent over had several mistakes), he ultimately said that the seller wanted to back out of the deal. We had agreed to the deal in email and verbally and there was never any question that we had a deal and would close. I passed up other deals and dropped other negotiations that I was having to buy other properties so I could focus on this one. Jeff caused me economic loss. Throughout the process, Jeff was difficult to get ahold of, and I think he did not operate in good faith and was not transparent with his maneuvering behind the scenes. He lacked professionalism and attention to detail. Perhaps worst of all, upon backing out of the deal we had in writing (email) and verbally, he simply disappeared. He could have called me, been professional, and helped me find a different property. I still have cash and want to buy something! He could have even just went back to the Fourplex I initially wanted to buy. I suspect he disappeared because he was ashamed of what he knew to be unethical behavior. I'm surprised a reputable firm like Century 21 would allow Jeff to hang his broker's license there. I've done several deals as a buyer and seller. For investments and to live in. My mom is a broker in Oregon and I've been around the business for over 25 years. I was even a licensed broker myself for over a year. I respect the profession and appreciate how hard brokers work - but I've also seen my fair share of good and bad brokers. Jeff is not one of the best. I'm really disappointed.

We were frazzled - trying to buy a place out of state, trying to get our son settled in college, terminally-ill mother, all. Our household was a wreck. They worked with us, around us, for us in ALL the ways it helped. Our lawn guy was slow responding - they had their guy do our yard. Our handyman was delayed; they arranged for theirs. It was important for us to know all we didn't to fix in advance - I didn't want to put a lemon on the market. They arranged for pre-inspection, repairs, painting, etc. We left a mess moving out, so they arranged for thorough cleaning, then repainting/repairs. We left stuff at the house (in a rush); JenniFred took care of packing and prepping it for us to transport. The staging was AMAZING! All of our neighbors were in awe. It's INCLUDED in the commission - not an extra perk many places charge. We had ideas, and they listened to us. But they also have a very experienced team and we so trusted their judgment. Naively we thought and planned to do a lot of the work ourselves. We did not anticipate the stress of coping with multiple fires (not the house sale). Placing this process in their more than capable hands was a RELIEF!!!! If we are ever in a position to relocate back to Aggieland, JenniFred and Zweiacker & Associates are the only folks we'll call to rep us.

First time buyer and about to get married, so it's a really awesome experience to look forward to right? Wrong. Dead wrong. When I was told Greg (the owner) would be taking care of me, I'm thinking great! I'm under the bosses good guise. Wrong again. Long story short, don't use Zweiacker.

I wanted to warn the community about "At home properties"…read moreWhen we first got to college station, we didn't know where to live. We trusted "at home properties" to show me and my children a good reputable place to live. They showed us 2 apartments only and said we were limited on options. We'll long story short 3 years later, they were THE worst company we never got maintenance done etc and walls foundation if tge whole place were falling apart, They re -did university oaks Blvd side walk in the front, and A LOT of bugs started coming out in our place. We sprayed sent ppl etc and the bugs started getting worse. When I asked the at home properties to help with the sit, all they could do is talk about how I should get with the neighbor attached to the duplex and schedule a spray with them becsuse they said the bugs would go from their apartment to our When we would spray. Last but not least, after we had to leave with 2 months left of $1000 rent payments, we cleaned it good and everything and they are now trying to charge us $13,000! They are trying to charge us for electricity being on while they renovate and everything! They have been the worst nightmare and now I am filing a complaint with TREC and finding out there are so many like me in the community. We have to take a class action lawsuit or help ppp that move into these neighborhoods by the school it's not right and they are getting away with things.

After deciding to go with the property they showed me, the process for necessary paperwork was done quickly. The apartment was ready earlier than expected and was move-in ready and very clean. I was even surprised to find Gatorade in the fridge during our move-in day!
