TM Nails is honestly one of the best nail spots in Santa Clarita -- the quality and consistency are always there. I truly appreciate Tammy for all her hard work because every time I go, it's just her running the whole shop. Her book is always full, people wait specifically for her, and she still manages to stay kind, gentle, and detailed with every client. She's so cute because she still writes everything down with a pencil in her little appointment book instead of going digital, and it works for her. If I could, I would absolutely help her redo the whole salon and get her a proper front desk so someone else could handle all the scheduling for her. I really believe she deserves at least two employees in there to help her out because she is doing the work of three people by herself. I don't like giving low star ratings but I just had to with TM Nails. I came in on a Sunday morning for a gel pedicure. I have to be honest and say this was one of the dirtiest and most unkept nail salons I've been to. It was very dusty and was just a mess. It's like nobody has swept in a few days. I knew I should have left once I entered but I wanted to give Tammy the benefit of the doubt because of all of the positive Yelp reviews. The hand washing station was dirty and they area where the sterilization machine is looks like it has not been used in ages. Rubbing alcohol will not sanitize you're tools properly. Service: Yes, Tammy was nice but when she cute my cuticle and it started bleeding she didn't say sorry immediately she stated "oh I thought that was skin". Like, what do you mean you thought that was skin? She then proceeded to place something on it to help stop the bleeding. She didn't even tell me what it was. Then she apologized for cutting me. The biggest turn off for me was when she asked for a tip. Are you serious, you cut me and now you're asking me for a tip? I don't think so. And who asks for a tip. **A tip is something that is commonly done when a customer/client is happy with a service provided and should NOT BE expected** Needless to say I will not be coming back. read more

I came here to get a gel manicure a few years ago. The female owner was gossiping the entire time and was not paying attention and over putting product on my nails. I decided to trust the process but the finished results looked like I had pieces of gum on my nails. There amount of gel I had was an exaggeration. I built the courage to nicely let her know that I didn't like them because they were too thick. She got so upset and said it was because I didn't pay for a manicure. She got her phone, asked me which one was my phone number on her recent calls, and blocked me to my face. She refused to fix them and just wanted to remove them. I was so scared and disappointed in her reaction that I didn't speak up and was trying really hard not to cry about the way she was treating me. She violently removed the gel application and her husband took over and apologized. He was trying to make it up to me because of how he witnessed she treated me, but I just wanted to leave ASAP. I think she took advantage of the fact that I was young and let all her frustration on me. read more

Wow! I just had my first mani/pedi in a couple of years (since the beginning of the pandemic). Tammy was amazing. She was gentle with me, but thorough at scrubbing off the built-up calluses, fixing a crack up the center of my nail, and making me feel beautiful again. As I was arriving for my appointment, Tammy was finishing up another client that was in her late 90's, and she was so careful with her; the elderly client seemed so happy with the whole thing. She has great availability and flexibility and her work is top notch ! today I wanted something special for the holidays and asked for a snowflake on one of my nails . I was expecting essentially an X with little balls at the end and instead she painted this amazing intricate work of art on my nail. My festive snowflake had all the little pieces of reflected light (The spokes and glimmer lines), a gem and even a little glitter . It was amazing ! If I could do zero stars I would. My girlfriend gets her nails done religiously every few weeks and this is the first time they had ever come out so horribly. The lady did a very bad job and refused to fix them or take them off. When we asked for a refund she then pretended that she couldn't understand English all of a sudden. The nails look like stickers and are extremely thick and oversized. My girlfriend felt so bad to say anything but if this lady is going to be charging that much then she should at least do what an ethical business owner should and take the nails off and give a refund. After trying to get an appointment for my nails every place was booked. I decided to call Tammy and she got me in. This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been in. When she books you, you are the only one in there. I wanted to see the gel polish samples and I saw the Cats Eye polish. (Never ever heard of this) I was blown away by the technique and the amazing results of both my hands and feet. She is so wonderful and I love how you are the only one and not rushed in and out. Went to this place for the first time to do a full set, pedicure and wax my eyebrows, lip and chin. The pedicure was not the greatest. Didn't massage my feet barely cleaned my cuticles, however, my polish was applied very neatly. Full set, she cut me when she was filing, acrylic was not even and very thick however, polish was neath. My waxing, eye brows was ok lip was ok but she burnt me on my chin. Now this was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. I felt my chin area tingling and thought that was normal. By the time I reached home my chin was swollen and very red. BY the next day I had this huge burn on my chin. I called her and explain to her what had happen and ask her to explain to me why that happened. She just apologies and told me don't forget to come back for my fill!!!
