I won the lawsuit against TLC Window Cleaning and am now dealing with the saga of actually having the windows replaced which is another bad Sedona company story I will tell later. The wind up is that TLC scratched all my new windows, then lied about it and tried to put all the burden of nearly 100K of windows on me. This reflects poorly on their character. They advertise they are insured supposedly so that if they damage property that the client can feel safe that their property will be returned to good condition. I won the lawsuit because I had evidence that they indeed damaged all my windows and that they lied. You must supervise their every move and document it if you hire them. I've had several window cleaning companies in the decades I've lived in Sedona, and TLC is by far the best I've ever had. In rebuilding my old place, one of the best investments was installing windows of high-quality glass, and I've been particular about maintaining them. For years, Justin and his team have been keeping them spotless and sparkling, but they really showed their professional skills following recent stone facade work. Windows were not just caked with cement and stone dust but worse with caulk from old window trim. It's easy to scratch windows in removing this hard-to-get-off stuff, but they did so while really protecting the glass. I highly recommend this small, local company that really knows their trade, are efficient and reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Moreover, I admire greatly the value TLC puts on their employee welfare and the opportunities they provide young folks trying to make a life here in our community. read more

We chose to try this company because of the great reviews. I'm sorry to say that we didn't get to quality with Washing our windows as other customers. After their initial appointment, there were many streaks on most of our windows both inside and out. We called and let them know and set up another appointment. The next appointment they were a no-show. So we called again with another appointment and were promised they would show up and if not could they please text. Again they were a no-show, so we called again. I realize things to come up but there's no reason for not showing up or letting somebody that's waiting, like us, to be hanging out have to call again. I'm hoping their quality of work improves, but we will not use them again. read more
