I say "one" that we rent on a monthly or weekly basis (we get $5k a month, so NOT a cheesy home). Savannah texts, "I only will clean if you have 5 condos." I think, "who has 5 condos? Not me! She's one flaky and totally unreliable house cleaner! Anyway, I text her and ask her what her rate is. She never responds. She may clean well, but she is flaky and not to be trusted that she'
