She saved us space in ways I definitely couldn't have conceived of on my own. She said the remodel would be like doubling our living space, and she was right! Scott oversaw the construction from start to finish. He was very attentive and obviously cared about and was fully invested in the success of the project. He had an expertise with plants and gave great guidance to give me the colors I wanted in plants that would work for our space and the SoCal heat. I am constantly smiling at the plants Scott suggested. They are thriving, and I wouldn't change a thing. The crew was respectful, clean and did a beautiful job. It was a long project, but Pacific Outdoor kept their initial timeline. Our main reason for going with Pacific Outdoor was that they were a one-stop shop. They could do everything. They truly delivered, and it is better than we ever imagined! It was so easy to look at their choices and select what we wanted. They had a wide variety of design choices. We replaced most of the grass in the back with their pavers and used the same pavers for our driveway. They look fantastic. We have a neighbor that had Pacific Outdoor build them a firepit that they love. We received great guidance and attention from the full team all along the way. I wasted thousands of dollars having them do a terrible job on my pool deck, and had to have Pacific rip out their work and fix it. It was an expensive mistake that I hope to save others from repeating. If I had gone with Pacific in the first place, I would have saved lots of money and hassle. I was able to contact him by mail after a few weeks, and I told him I needed my pool shed replaced. He quoted me $80,000 and said that was the price one pays for service of such high quality. I believed him, and prepared to have him come over the next Tuesday at 2:00 PM. He arrived at 1:30 AM. I knew this because I heard his truck crash into my garage at that time. He got out, shot my dog, neutered my son, and threw a dozen eggs at the pool shed. I didn't have any eggs in the house, so he must have brought his own. When I asked him what he was doing, he walked backwards and left in his truck, making eye contact with me the whole time. I've filed multiple lawsuits since, but he seems to be on the run, because the police can't find him. Needless to say, I won't be reaching out to Armet's Landscape again.

Jonathan handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. One of the things that really sets Jonathan apart is his ability to understand a customer's vision and turn it into reality. He is genuinely willing to take on challenges and explore solutions that may be outside the typical scope of landscape construction. Rather than steering customers toward what is easiest or most familiar, Jonathan takes the time to understand what they want and works hard to figure out how to make it happen. That willingness to go beyond his comfort zone in order to deliver what the customer envisions is something we really appreciated. Despite the size and complexity of the job, he completed the project on time and within budget, which is something that is increasingly hard to find in landscape construction. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and he was committed to making sure everything was done right. What really impressed us, though, was what happened two years after the project was completed. We recently had a few landscape lights that needed attention, and Jonathan came out and repaired them at no charge. He certainly didn't have to do that two years after completing the project, but he wanted to make sure everything was still working properly and that we were happy. We set an appt for Sunday, I was already impressed! Sunday no one showed at our appt time, so I sent a text. He claimed that he thought the appt was the day before, either way, I was home all day, no one called or texted. He said he tried, but neither went through. I gave him another chance, we set a time for Monday, the next day. At 1:20pm I got a text confirming he would be there at 3pm. No one showed. He never answered the phone or returned my text to see if everything was ok. I sent a long text the next day, no response at all. This is low bar for professionalism. He doesn't show up, can't return a call or text, why even bother. So very disappointed!
