I texted him on a sunday expecting to get an answer on Monday and had a phone call in minutes. It was a true pleasure dealing with him As far as the work he did we couldn't be happier. Our floors were in bad shape and they turned out beautiful. As far as my wife & I we highly recommend Jared

Thrilled with our experience with Jared and Dottie. I love working with tradespeople that care as…read moremuch about the work as the homeowners do. We are doing a complete renovation of a home from 1898 and it has been a labor of love restoring some of the original features and adding modern conveniences. All of the rooms were carpeted, and one of the first things we knew we were going to do with the house was expose and refinish the hardwood. We were surprised / disappointed to find out when we removed the carpet that the floors originally had an area rug and was stained around - a fairly common practice at the time. What that meant for us was that we would always have a "ring" around the perimeter that was a different color. We were almost to the point of covering with new floor, afraid of what the end results would look like. But Jared was passionate that if these were his floors, he would be refinishing them. I love that personal investment, and I am so glad that we took the chance refinishing! Yes, you can see that little bit of a perimeter, but I am absolutely in love with the floors and all of the character they bring. More impressive was our main entry stairs. The woodworking on the stairs is incredible, and one of the things we most loved about the house, but the entire staircase was completely carpeted. We took off the carpet and it had this awful and impossible-to-remove green glue. Again, after a couple of days of trying to remove it, we were ready to give up on them and re-carpet and after talking to Jared he said "we can do this." So not only did they clean up the stairs completely, but he managed to mix and create the perfect stain color to match the old chestnut on the stairs - a mix of brown, orange, and yellow - depending on the angle you were looking at! They turned out absolutely incredible and are going to be a centerpiece in our home. Overall, I loved Jared's approach to the work, collaboration, and personality. He was absolutely the right fit for us, gave us a competitive price, and we are thrilled with the results. Thanks for caring about our place and giving us floors we will treasure forever!

I e-mailed project manager and said that ALL 16 doors had paint drippings on door handles, hinges, latches, locks. Was told I signed off on the sheet and that it was a month later making this claim and there nothing Amato could do, but really it was 17 days. These are just a sample of the pictures; I could not take pictures of all the inside/outside hinges of 16 doors. There is not one door that did not have paint drippings, i also did not take pictures of the paint drippings on our ceiling fan, brand new bathroom fixtures. Absolutely horrible customer service, they got their money, so I am a lost memory. These pictures speak volumes.

You'd think the guy whose name is on the company would reach out and apologize? Or inspect the work that is done under his name? No. Poor business practice. Had my molding done all on my first floor, paint was all over my existing walls. Had the ceilings done and he splattered all over my existing wall paint. General patching was included, when i pointed out a spot Ryan and i specifically discussed the original subcontractor spackled it and left it. Job done. The sub contractor had to contantly ask what work needed to be done, the guy didn't even know the job!!! I spent a day cleaning up paint chips off my wood floors and peeling tape left behind. Had to take 2 days off work to have them come out and "fix" it. Im still looking at my old paint through the new paint in some spots. Ive resorted to fixing it myself because i don't want them touching my walls again. Steer very clear of them. Never again.
